| At present,the industrial control system is shifting toward a specific and lightweight direction,and the appearance of the products is becoming smaller.More and more small and medium-sized enterprises propose customized industrial control systems.At the same time,in order to meet the needs of remote monitoring and management,connecting industrial field network and the Internet has become a trend.The research background of this thesis is oil loading management control system.Combining the deficiencies of the existing methods,an improved system of low cost,ease of deployment,reliability,and security is designed and implemented.The system has three major sub-functions: oil loading control,data interaction and remote monitoring.A distributed idea is applied to ARM-based control system to divide the control functions into three parts: core controller,secondary controller and analog controller.The on-site intelligent equipment and the digital equipment are supervised by the secondary controller.Analog devices are controlled by analog controller.The entire control system is coordinated by the core controller.In order to reduce the workload of the secondary controller,the DMA method is utilized between the control system and the smart device.The theories of object-oriented and finite state machine are integrated into control system to modularize and state the functions,divide the function granularity,so as to make the system possess real-time characteristic.4G module is used in data interaction to realize the connection of Internet and field network and communicate with customers in time.communication instructions are designed for the control system,remote monitoring system and the application software based on 4G module for the purpose of standardizing all parties’ communication.Taking into account network interconnection security issues,the method of binding phone numbers is employed to verify whether the administrator’s identity is reliable.and combining pseudo-random code encryption and CRC check to ensure the security and integrity of the communication data.In response to the problem of the failure of the TCP connection caused by abnormal off-line of the 4G network,a heartbeat mechanism is added to solve the issue.MVC pattern is applied to remote monitoring system,web server is implemented by Python in conjunction with the Django framework,Bootstrap is used to beautify the Front-end interface.TCP connection is established between the monitoring system and 4G module to monitor the oil loading status in real time,thereby realizing centralized management information. |
