Adsorption separation technology is a widely used separation technology in the industry.Whether it can effectively separate the target product from the mixture is the core of adsorption separation technology.Complexation adsorbent is a kind of adsorbents which has good effect and high economic benefit.The complexion adsorbent has been well applied in the fields of gas purification and separation,purification environment,liquid separation and separation of solid components.With the development and modification of various types of composite adsorbents,and the in-depth understanding of complex adsorption theory by researchers,the main purpose of this paper is to research and develop novel complexion adsorbents based on metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)for adsorption.And separation of mixed gases containing CO and wastewater treatment.Firstly,HKUST-1 is a kind of metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)which has mature synthetic method,andHKUST-1 has high specific surface area and ordered pore structure.The solid phase grinding thermal dispersion method can be used to disperse the active material monolayer in a carrier.The CuCl was first purified and then CuCl was mixed with HKUST-1 by solid phase grinding and calcined in an inert atmosphere to produce CuHT.For CO,N2 and H2 mixed gases,CuHT has better adsorption and desorption performance.For pure HKUST-1 samples,the amount of H2 adsorbed at 100 kPa was 1.2 cm3·g-1 at 25 oC,the adsorption amount of N2 was 5.3cm3·g-1,and the adsorption amount of CO was 7.2 cm3·g-1.In the 10CuHT sample,the CO uptake increased to 13.4 cm3·g-1,while the adsorption capacities of H2 and N2decreased slightly to 0.9 cm3·g-1 and 4.8 cm3·g-1.Respectively,10CuHT CO/H2 and CO/N2 selectivity were 18 and 10 times higher than HKUST-1,respectively.Cu(NO32·H2O and VCl3 were modified in MIL-101 by solid phase grinding thermal dispersion method.Prepare Cu/V@MIL-101 with Cu(I).The adsorption capacity of Cu/V@MIL-101 for CO-containing multi-component gases was studied.The results show that under the same conditions,the adsorption capacity of CO for Cu/V@MIL-101 is stronger than that for MIL-101.However,the adsorption capacity of Cu/V@MIL-101 to other mixed gases is much smaller than that of MIL-101.The Cu(I)content and the adsorption capacity of CO after calcination at different temperatures were studied.At the same time,the stability of the sample was studied and it was found that the adsorption performance of the samples can maintain for at least two weeks.Finally,the wastewater treatment capacity of complexion materials was studied.HKHT-1 is used as a carrier and CuCl is an active material.CuHT was prepared by solid phase grinding thermal dispersion method for the adsorption of methyl orange solution.For 1000 ppm methyl orange solution,the adsorption capacity of pure HKUST-1 is 281 mg·g-1.After CuCl modification,the adsorption of methyl orange on CuHT increased to 333 mg·g-1..The maximum adsorption capacity of 25CuHT is 382mg·g-1.,which is 382 mg·g-1.
