Fire Protection Design For Commercial Complex With Research On Linkage Control

With the rapid development of social economy,the urbanization level gradually improve,large commercial complex is a kind of space integration of architectural form,urban space to save effectively,so as to improve the working environment of urban population and the quality of life.The commercial center of many large complexes in the city is constantly emerging.The functions of restaurants,shopping,leisure and entertainment are integrated,with the characteristics of large concentration of personnel and large area of construction.As an important system of life in today's urban development,large scale and complex functions,with dense traffic,leading to large complex in the case of fire,fire spread speed is very fast,and the difficulty of the fire extinguishing coefficient is very high.In the process of building design and construction,many problems are difficult to be solved,and the fire design of large-scale commercial complex has become a hot topic in the society.Taking zhenjiangwanda plaza as an example,this paper studied the difficulties encountered in the fire design of zhenjiangwanda plaza,and put forward the design optimization scheme of zhenjiangwanda plaza based on these problems.This paper introduces the necessity,emphasis and basic method of fire design of large-scale commercial complex.Zhenjiang wanda plaza should be designed for the purpose of protecting property safety and ensuring the safety of customers' life,so as to disperse customers and reduce the spread of fire.Central idea is to zhenjiangwanda plaza indoor pedestrian street design for "temporary safety zone",the performance-based design includes: adjust the fire partition,pedestrian street in the first layer set up additional security exports,adjust the auxiliary evacuation exports,to ensure the effectiveness of the evacuation passageway,the reasonable installation of emergency lighting and evacuation indicating,setting up reasonable cloth,special design,automatic fire extinguishing device theater fire control system.This paper mainly discusses fire scene analysis,airflow state prediction and personnel safety evacuation analysis.At the same time,this paper also analyzes the causes of fire in shopping malls,and provides a constructive guidance for the fire design of other large commercial complexes.
