Electrochemical micromachining is a non-contact part forming process with utilizing anodic dissolution principle.The removal of the workpiece material is done by way of single ion.It has great advantages such as high surface quality,no residual stress,independent from material hardness.So,it has significance for the machining micro structures and micro parts.In this paper,an electrochemical machining method based on feedback controllable circuit is proposed in which the machining accuracy can be improved by adjusting the feedback gain.The method can achieve the same resolution as ones by nanosecond-pulse technique.Besides,it can reduce the test cost.First,adjusting experimental equipment is carried out.The model of machining tool electrode is established.After the experimental analysis and optimization of the process parameters,the micro tool electrode is produced with the optimum parameters.Secondly,the adder,proportional controller and other circuit components for the technology are fabricated.A feedback controllable circuit model of electrochemical micromachining is established and the mathematical model of the machining accuracy is deduced.The processing character of feedback controllable electrochemical micromachining is analyzed.Changes of the time constant are researched for different electrode diameters and feedback gains.The pulse response waveform tests are finished before and after the feedback circuit is added in machining system,and compared with the calculated results.Third,a feedback controllable system of electrochemical micromachining is established.Experiments of the micro hole processing under different parameters are done.The effects of various processing parameters on the precision of micro-hole processing are analyzed.Besides,micro-groove,micro-beam and other patterns based on feedback system are produced as well.The VB software was used to program the milling program of the circular table milling,and the milling experiment on the micro circular table is done.The milling parameters of the micro circular table were optimized and the circular table was processed using the optimized machining parameters.
