With the rapid development of the national economy,our country is facing the dual pressure of increasing energy consumption and increasing shortage of resources.Energy consumption reduction has become an urgent task.The cement production is an energy intensive industry.Optimizing the operating parameters of the cement burning process to increase the production efficiency of cement companies is of great significance.With the application of information technology in cement plants,many cement plants have collected a large amount of historical data on cement production operations.Behind them are many messages that have positive guidance for improving the production efficiency and economic efficiency of cement plants.From the large amount of operational data,we can excavate the operating parameters under specific operating conditions to optimize the target value by data mining technology,which provides operational guidance for operations and optimize production operations.Finally the energy conservation can be achieved by this way.Combined with the actual characteristics of the cement industry,this paper deeply studied the fuzzy association rule mining techniques and algorithms,and applied data mining technology based on fuzzy association rules to the optimization of cement burning parameters.The specific research content of the paper is as follows:Firstly,the process flow of the cement clinker burning system and the clinker calcining mechanism were studied.The characteristics of each parameter in the cement burning process and the relationship between parameters and energy consumption were analyzed,and the main operating parameters affecting energy consumption during cement burning were determined.Through analysis,it is recommended to improve the efficiency of production operations by optimizing the main operating parameters in the cement burning process,and an optimization program for cement burning parameters was proposed.Secondly,the algorithm of association rules mining is deeply studied.The algorithm of fuzzy association rules that combined fuzzy C-means algorithm with improved association rules algorithm is proposed,and the minimum support degree and the minimum confidence degree are determined.In the optimization of system operation parameters,an optimization algorithm for cement burning parameters based on fuzzy association rules was proposed.The fuzzy association rules between cement burning parameters and energy consumption were obtained,and cement burning parameters were optimized according to the fuzzy association rules.The parameter optimization strategy was determined.Finally,the C# programming language and SQL Server database were used to design and implement the cement burning parameter optimization system software based on fuzzy association rules.Taking the actual operation data of a cement plant as an example,the optimization experiment of cement burning parameters was conducted,and the optimization strategy of cement burning parameters was obtained,which provided a reference for the actual operation of the operators.
