The rapid development of the social economy is accompanied by increasingly serious environmental problems.In rural areas,the situation of environmental pollution is particularly severe,and it has produced significant resistance to the development of agriculture and rural areas in China.There are many reasons why pollution incidents occur frequently in rural areas.Part of the reason is that in order to ensure the quality of the urban environment and revitalize the rural economy,a large number of factories and enterprises set up factories in rural areas,aggravating the impact of industrial pollution on the rural environment.The other part is due to the negative impact brought about by the development of agricultural science and technology,such as soil pollution and water pollution caused by the extensive use of agricultural films.In addition,the increasing environmental pollution in rural areas is also due to the backwardness of rural environmental protection facilities and the weak awareness of farmers’ environmental protection.Therefore,strengthening rural environmental protection and preventing and controlling environmental pollution in rural areas are the top priorities for the construction of a new socialist countryside,and they are also an urgent need for building an overall well-to-do society.The Jiangxia District of Wuhan City won the first place in Hubei Province’s district and county economic development for nine consecutive years.However,the deterioration of the rural environment brought about by the economic development has become increasingly serious.It is mainly manifested in rural soil pollution,agricultural non-point source pollution,and serious rural water pollution.aspect.The worsening of the environmental pollution problem in rural areas poses a major threat to the production and life of farmers,as well as to the healthy development of rural communities.This is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.This article is aimed at the problem of rural environmental pollution in Jiangxia District of Wuhan City.From the perspective of the rule of law,it has carried out a profound exploration of multiple issues such as environmental pollution in rural areas.Based on the exploration of results,relevant recommendations are made.By clarifying relevant concepts and expounding relevant theories on the legalization of rural environmental pollution prevention and control,the author analyzes the current situation of rural environmental pollution in Jiangxia District,reveals the root causes of environmental pollution in rural areas,and proceeds from the legislative,judicial,law enforcement,law-abiding and legal supervision aspects.Improving the legal construction of the rural environment in China.The article also conducted an in-depth analysis of foreign experience in the prevention and control of rural environmental pollution and hoped to draw on their useful experience to enrich the means of rural environmental protection by law.In order to effectively solve the problem of environmental pollution in rural areas and establish an environmentally friendly socialist new countryside,the article starts from a legal point of view and tries to propose a model of the rule of law that suits the needs of the rural environment in China.
