Studies On Corrosion Analysis And Anti-corrosion Measures Of Wuping Gas Field

In the process of exploitation of natural gas,The down-hole tube plays a very important role.Because of its deep depth、high pressure、high temperature and high content of corroded fluid,the underground environment is really complex.All those factors make underground oil-pipes in danger.The complex underground environment and anti-corrosion measures that not especial for Wuping make the anti-corrosion measures cannot release all corrosion.This situation makes great troubles to normal production of gas wells.Aiming at the corrosion properties of the Wuping gas field,after studying in main causes of corrosion in underground oil pipe,combining the corrosion detection of tubing in the underground gas field of the Wuping gas field with the corrosion environment and ground monitoring in the gas well,the main controlling factors of corrosion have been confirmed as CO2、H2S and Cl-and the corrosion prediction model for Wuping gas field is worked out.With all the achievements above we can make our work on anti-corrosion better.Considering all controlling factors,we make anti-corrosion measures for Wuping 11、Wuping 64、Wuping 67、Wuping 80、Wuping 85and Wuping 021-3 by using corrosion inhibitor,and then evaluated measures for Wuping 11、Wuping 67and Wuping 85.
