| In the production of medical catheters,it is a very important process to cure the hydrophilic coating after the catheter is formed so that the surface of catheter has good biocompatibility and lubricity.Because the curing technology of hydrophilic coating on the medical catheter is very poor in China,the dissertation developed a curing machine for hydrophilic coating of catheter at the base of research on the industry of medical catheter in the world and a large number of theoretical analysis and experiments,This machine has a very positive meaning to the development of medical catheter industry of China.Chapter 1:Through the investigation of the research status of the hydrophilic coating curing industry of medical catheters at home and abroad,the urgent need and significance of developing the hydrophilic coating curing machine for medical catheters in China are pointed out.Finally,the main research contents of this thesis are put forward.Chapter 2:The structure of the balloon-curing catheter was introduced.The UV curing technology suitable for the hydrophilic coating of medical catheter was adopted,and the basic theory of UV curing was explored.The UV curing theory and experimental analysis of the coating proposed the technical requirements of the UV curing process of the balloon catheter.Chapter 3:According to the UV curing process and related technical requirements,the overall mechanical structure of the medical catheter hydrophilic coating curing machine was designed;and the curing machine was divided into medical catheter impregnation module and curing reagent module according to the function.And UV light box module,and detailed structural analysis and design of each module.Chapter 4:Aiming at the UV illuminance,a key factor affecting the curing effect of the hydrophilic coating of medical catheter,the adaptive fuzzy PID control algorithm was used to design the UV illumination intelligent control system for the medical catheter hydrophilic coating curing machine;The hardware structure design of the embedded control system of the medical catheter hydrophilic coating curing machine was carried out,and the hardware circuits of each part were analyzed and designed in detail.The uCOS-II operating system is embedded in the STM32 microcontroller,and the software programming and debugging of the curing machine main control program is completed by the idea of modular programming.Chapter 5:The effects of different curing conditions on the lubricity of medical catheter hydrophilic coatings were verified by experiments.The effects of ultraviolet light illumination on the curing effect of medical catheter hydrophilic coatings were discussed.Finally,the theoretical analysis and calculations were used to verify the hydrophilic coating of medical catheters.The heat dissipation system of the layer curing machine meets the requirements.Chapter 6:The main work of this paper is summarized,and the next step of the research on the curing of medical catheter hydrophilic coating is prospected. |
