Shougang Cold Rolling Company uses the existing vacant resources of the roof of the main building,through the implementation of distributed photovoltaic power generation projects,to achieve grid-connected photovoltaic power generation,to reduce electricity costs and reduce energy consumption and carbon dioxide,pollutant emissions purposes,And promote corporate social responsibility to fulfill energy conservation,enhance competitiveness.In the distributed photovoltaic power generation,Shougang is basically from the initial stage,the lack of photovoltaic power generation technology,photovoltaic power generation project construction and operation and related project risk management experience,coupled with distributed PV power generation project itself,the risk attributes,Project implementation process faces a lot of uncertainty.In order to provide the basis for the risk management of project planning,construction and operation,the project risk management research is carried out to ensure that the project achieves the expected goals.In this paper,distributed photovoltaic power generation project of Shougang cold rolling company as the research object,adopt the method of literature analysis and application method,on-the-spot investigation and expert interviews method,the theory and practice of the three kinds of research methods of project risk management research.According to the related theory of project risk management and the main content of project risk management,the risk management is studied from four aspects:project risk identification,measurement,response and monitoring.Study on the characteristics of project risk analysis,risk identification methods of project analysis and comparison,the WBS-RBS matrix of risk identification method of project risk identification,risk analysis to construct the WBS-RBS matrix,and the nature of risk sources.This paper analyzes and compares the commonly used project risk measurement methods,establishes the hierarchical risk measurement index system and model,and uses AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to measure risk.According to the project risk identification and measurement results,puts forward the overall strategy to deal with the risk,put forward risk response measures and plans,and the checking method,check the control chart and earned value analysis of three kinds of risk control methods of risk control,puts forward the main content of project risk monitoring system.Through the research of project risk management,identified policy,technology,market,construction,environmental management,the six risk categories and 15 risk factors,measure project risk level for general risk,the project risk is moderate,the overall conclusion can be implemented.The pursuit of effect of risk management in two areas of good projects,study and formulate relevant risk measures and plan,risk monitoring system.Through the research,the project risk management processes and methods of the project are established,which improves the ability of project risk management,and provides risk management support for the successful implementation of the project.
