| In recent years,with the improvement of requirements for device performance and precision parts,vacuum annealing metal heat treatment technology development has become the main direction of research.In the process of annealing in vacuum,annealing temperature will directly affect yield and quality parts.In the process of annealing in vacuum,how to control the annealing temperature precisely is a complex control problem.This project studies for vacuum annealing furnace temperature control accuracy.It depends on the main technical parameters and production equipment as the Basic to create mathematical model which is suitable for vacuum annealing furnace.Control strategy of variable parameters self-tuning fuzzy PID control algorithm for PID parameter optimization and by using the OPC technology to achieve the temperature local adjustment,in order to achieve high vacuum annealing furnace temperature accuracy,temperature high temperature and vacuum control purposes.Established in experiments temperature control for one-order inertia delay model for model identification.The IPC control system + configuration software +PLC structure.This system of vacuum furnace control and data collection tasks in various field monitoring unit,and the data display and management function is completed by the host computer operating base station.When a computer broken,or is not under used,each control unit can work independently without affecting the whole production process.The practice shows that the entire system has good reliability,adaptability.The system also achieved high precision control for vacuum annealing furnace temperature which is in line with the process requirements for vacuum annealing furnace.It will make significant economic and social benefits to keep product quality stable and reduce energy consumption.According to the actual situation of the unit production,the original only using PID to control the temperature,the annealed products are a part of the surface of Ukraine,substandard product quality,the products we call any loss,the production will be accompanied by a loss,so the cost is relatively high;through the system design,combined with fuzzy control of PID,the number of substandard products is greatly reduced,reduce product loss,cost savings for the enterprise,and so far,the equipment running in good condition,it is worthy of promotion in wider areas. |
