| The phosphate mineral resources in China are abundant,but with the rapid development of society,the demand for phosphorus resources is becoming more and more large.It is expected that after 2020,the phosphate mineral resources in China will be difficult to meet the huge phosphate ore demand caused by the rapid economic development.It is of great strategic importance to accelerate the development and utilization of phosphate rock with poor and fine characteristics when the resources of rich ore are decreasing.As an important chemical raw material,phosphate rock is a non renewable resource.There are often associated gangue minerals such as dolomite and calcite in the phosphate rock.This kind of gangue mineral has similar physical and chemical properties with the phosphate rock,which leads to the difficulty of separating dolomite from the phosphate rock,which is also a difficult problem for the flotation of phosphate rock.Therefore,a new type of phosphate demagnesite collector XFP-01 is developed.The amount of H3PO4,the amount of collector and the related flotation operation bar are investigated.We also explored the coarse selection,staged addition and contrast test.The results show that the flotation effect is best when the grinding fineness-0.074mm is 59.55%,the grinding time is 13min,the amount of H3PO4 is 10kg/t and the collector XFP-01 is 1.6kg/t.The operation conditions are H3PO4 stirring time 1min,the collector XFP-01 stirring 2min,the flotation temperature at normal temperature,the volume of 0.18m3/m2 min,and the spindle speed of 2.100r/min.After a reverse flotation roughing,a good flotation index of 32.53%phosphate concentrate and 73.89%recovery rate has been obtained.In order to further verify the performance of XFP-01,a validation test was carried out for a sweeping open process(process A),a first roughing(two segment addition)flotation process(process B).The test results show that the conditions selected are reasonable and stable.The flotation time(7min)of process A(7min)is shorter than the flow B(7.5min),and the consumption of A is more than that of the process B,so what process to choose in production should be determined depending on the situation.The initial estimation of the cost of the two processes shows that the first roughing of the reverse flotation(two sections of the addition)is more than 13.42 yuan/tonne of the open route,which is lower than the reverse flotation.The tailings of the phosphate ore concentrate in WaWu mining area were easy to settle,which mainly showed the fast speed of natural settlement,and a small amount of flocculant could produced floc and promoted the settlement of the fine tailings.In the process of settlement,the settling velocity of tailings is faster than that of the concentrate,and the height of the clarification layer begins to be stable.After adding the flocculant source and the anionic flocculant XN-002,the settling velocity of the fine tailings is fast,and the settlement of the tailings of the wa Jing concentrate and the acceleration of the settlement of the anionic flocculant XN-002 under the same dosage The source is slightly better than the flocculant in the source. |
