The textile industry is one of the mainstay industries in China.The hosiery industry occupies an important position in the textile industry.Zhejiang Province accounts for more than80%of the market share,and produces about 12 billion pairs of hosiery products every year.It plays a pivotal role in the textile industry.With the development of social economy and the acceleration of modern industrialization,the problems in the hosiery industry began to appear,including the backward production technology?equipment and product structural contradiction.Not only the overall product grade but also the degree of production automation is low,lacking the core of market competitiveness,It has seriously restricted the development of the hosiery industry.With the rapid development of modern textile technology,computer integrated hosiery machine came into being.The computer integrated hosiery machine is modern knitting equipment that integrates automation and intelligence.It can be knitted and stitched directly on the hosiery machine,which has solved the problem of“two-step method”hosiery production on the ordinary computer hosiery machine that needs to be stitched by hand.The forming and knitting process of the computer integrated hosiery machine is basically similar to that of the ordinary computer hosiery machine.Because the foreign manufacturers strictly keep confidential the information of the computer integrated hosiery machine,the computer integrated hosiery machine technology is almost monopolized abroad.But the transfer knitting and automatic stitching part of the hosiery are the core part of the whole machine technology.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out research on the mechanism of the computer o integrated hosiery s machine and the knitting principle of the loop.This paper focuses on the in-depth study of the forming and knitting mechanism and the automatic suturing mechanism of the computer integrated hosiery machine,analysis the principle and knitting process of the computer integrated sock machine?focusing on the mechanical structure and working mechanism of the automatic stitching mechanism of the computer integrated hosiery machine;Based on the research of automatic transfer and automatic stitching process,solid modeling of the automatic stitching mechanism of the sock machine,using the three-dimensional modeling analysis and motion simulation analysis of the stitching mechanism are carried out by using Creo three-dimensional modeling technology and ANSYS simulation technology.The motion chart of the suture mechanism during high-speed movement provides a theoretical analysis method for the design and optimization of the automatic suture mechanism of the computer integrated hosiery machine.The main contents of the thesis research are as follows:(1)The paper systematically analyzes the overall mechanical structure and forming knitting process of computer integrated hosiery machine.Based on the research of the principle of loop forming weaving,the motion coordination between needle,triangle,needle picker and needle picker is analyzed.The loop forming process was analyzed and calculated.The key process point parameters were:the maximum retracting stroke of the knitting needle was 20.50 mm,the collecting stroke was 12.36 mm,and the highest height of the picking point was 49.90 mm.(2)The paper deeply studies the structure and stitching principle of the automatic stitching mechanism of the computer integrated hosiery machine,analysis the motion coordination relationship between the main suture needle and the auxiliary suture needle,calculated the motion parameters of the machine.The parameters are:the main maximum swing motion of the suture needle is 14.70mm,the maximum swing motion of the auxiliary suture needle is 12.73mm,the maximum distance between the two is 16.79mm,and the minimum distance is 4.54mm,which provides a basis for the three-dimensional solid modeling of the suturing mechanism.(3)In order to solve the problem of elastic deformation of the mechanism of the suturing mechanism during high-speed movement,the elastic dynamics method is used to analyze the force state of the mechanism,and the stable movement condition of the suture mechanism is studied to ensure the movement during the suturing mechanism.Stability and reliability,improve the knitting performance of the whole machine.(4)In view of the difficulty in realizing the analysis of the elastic dynamics of complex mechanisms in traditional mechanical analysis,the calculation process is very Cumbersome.Therefore,the modeling of the suturing mechanism is based on Creo 3D modeling software,and the simulation function of Ansys is applied to The model was imported into Ansys for motion simulation research,and the motion trajectory and force of each mechanism in the suturing mechanism were obtained.The results show that the maximum displacement of the main and auxiliary suture needles is 14.89mm and 12.73mm,the maximum speed is 2.47mm/s and1.29mm/s,and the maximum acceleration is 1.13mm/s~2 and 0.29mm/s~2,which provides a theoretical analysis method for the design and optimization of the automatic suture mechanism.
