Servo press has the ability to realize arbitrary process curve,which takes servo motor as driving source.And the position,speed and pressure of slider are controllable.Compared with traditional mechanical press,it greatly increases the processing flexibility of press production,and can meet the needs of customized products,new materials and new technology,which has become the main trend of press development.However,it also puts forward higher requirements for the motion control accuracy of servo press,and the safety problems of servo press in the production process have gradually attracted attention.As the "brain" of the servo press,the control system has an important influence on the motion control accuracy and safe operation of the servo press.Based on analysis of the control demand of servo press,this paper designs the control system of a crank servo press with PC+ EtherCAT fieldbus scheme.Aiming at the nonlinearity and large disturbance of position control of serve press,the adaptive disturbance rejection control algorithm(ADRC)is studied.In order to reduce the workload of parameter turning,the linearized adaptive disturbance rejection control algorithm is applied to the position controller of crank servo press.Based on the establishment of the crank servo press model,the position controller was simulated in Simulink,which improved the position accuracy and anti-disturbance performance of the control system.In order to improve the safety level of servo press in the production process,the security system was analyzed and designed based on the functional safety standard.The safety function requirements and safety integrity requirements of the control system of servo press are analyzed.A structural design method based on functional blocks is adopted to design the safety-related systems including emergency stop,light curtain and second fall.The safety integrity of hardware is confirmed.The security system designed based on functional safety effectively improves the safety level and reliability of the servo press during processing and production.The software development of crank servo press control system is completed in TwinCAT.The requirements of machining process and control function are analyzed,and the task scheduling and control flow are planned.The control modules such as motion and PLC control,file management,functional safety and human-computer interaction are designed and developed.Finally,an experimental platform is built to verify the control performance of the control system designed.
