In recent years,climate warming caused by high temperature,heavy rains,rising sea levels,drought,land degradation,upsurge of sandstorm frequent event probability increasing,CO2 is one of the important sources to cause this phenomenon,therefore,low carbon development,development of energy saving and emission reduction become the focus of global concern.Agricultural carbon emissions between electric heating production and exhaust,become the second largest emitter,accounting for 17%of the total carbon emissions in china,Therefore,the realization of agricultural carbon emission reduction is imperative.The five provinces of Northwest China,as an important animal husbandry,planting and grassland base,Since the implementation of the western development strategy(2000),In the pursuit of scale expansion of agricultural production,Increasing output of agricultural products and Sustained growth of agricultural economy Agricultural material inputs and energy consumption has maintained a rapid increase,The resulting carbon emissions pose a threat to the balance of the ecological environment.Coupled with the arid and semi-arid climate factors of the five provinces in Northwest China,the agricultural ecosystem is sensitive to climate change and environmental pollution,and once the ecosystem and environment are destroyed,it will lead to irreversible consequences.Industrial technology is mature in the short term,resulting in a reduction in the space and potential fluctuations in the northwest five provinces,the burden of energy saving will fall in the agricultural production process.In the"health China","low carbon agriculture","low carbon economy"background,research in the"Silk Road Economic Belt","Eurasian Continental Bridge"important traffic status in northwest five provinces agricultural carbon emission and its influencing factors,not only has a certain theoretical significance,but also for the five northwestern provinces in the"13th Five-Year"during the completion of the provisions of the national emission reduction task,improve the ecological environment and realize the sustainable development of agriculture to provide guidance.This paper reviews the relevant theoretical basis of the research,scholars and research trends at home and abroad are summarized and a review of the current research found that,based on the national macro scale or a major agricultural province,in economically backward regions(northwest)research is relatively small,relatively less on the regional differences between provinces.Therefore,this paper studies the agricultural carbon emissions in five provinces of Northwest China and its influencing factors:The First,agricultural carbon emissions.The five northwestern provinces of agricultural carbon emissions showed an increasing trend,the provinces(area)agricultural carbon emissions also showed an increasing trend,but the five northwestern provinces and the provinces(area)agricultural carbon emission intensity with time showed a downward trend changes.On this basis,the spatial and temporal characteristics of agricultural carbon emissions in five provinces of Northwest China were analyzed.According to the characteristics of time series,from 2005 to 2014,The total amount of agricultural carbon emissions from five provinces in Northwest China increased from 7781.12?104t to 10275.18?104t,an increase of 32.05%,an average annual increase of 3.13%.The agricultural carbon emissions in Xinjiang were higher than those in the other 4 provinces,followed by Shaanxi,Gansu,Ningxia and Qinghai were lower,and the difference of agricultural carbon emissions between Ningxia and Qinghai was the smallest.The average annual growth rate respectively was 4.22%,1.59%,3.92%,2.84%,0.49%;from 2005 to 2014,The intensity of agricultural carbon emission from the five provinces in the northwest decreased from20.21t/million yuan to 7.52t/million yuan,and the agricultural output value decreased by 12.69t/yuan,and the agricultural output value decreased by 37.21%,with an average annual decrease of 11.62%.Qinghai agricultural carbon emission intensity was the highest,significantly higher than the other four provinces,followed by Ningxia,Gansu,Xinjiang,the smallest.The average annual decline of 14.30%,10.75%,9.18%,9.55%,14.03%.Spatial characteristics,Total carbon emissions from strongest inhibitory effect on agricultural carbon emissions is Gansu,followed by Xinjiang,Ningxia,Shaanxi,Qinghai,Shaanxi minimum;agricultural industry structure,agricultural labor force can inhibit the agricultural carbon emissions growth,respectively 5%and1%significant level;Gansu agricultural industry structure,agricultural labor can inhibit the agricultural carbon emissions growth,respectively in 10%and 1%significant level;Qinghai agriculture industry The structure of agricultural carbon emission plays a positive driving effect,significant at the 10%level,the agricultural labor force to help agricultural carbon emission reduction,significant at the 5%level;Xinjiang agricultural industry structure,agricultural labor force plays a positive role in agricultural carbon emissions,respectively in 10%and 1%significant level;Ningxia agricultural industry structure,agricultural labor can inhibit the growth of carbon emissions in agriculture,respectively in 10%and 1%significant level.Thirdly,Countermeasures of low carbon emission reduction in five provinces of Northwest china.(1)To improve the efficiency of agricultural production,curb agricultural carbon emissions(unit of agricultural GDP emissions increased);(2)Adjustment of agricultural industry layout,agriculture to curb carbon emissions growth;(3)Accelerate the coordinated development of low-carbon agriculture between provinces;(4)Raise the level of agricultural development and energetically develop low carbon agriculture.
