With the rapid development of the economy,the increasing demand for remanufacturing of used equipment and the scale of expanding industry scale,The traditional remanufacturing industry model will not be able to meet new consumer needs,which will greatly limit the development of remanufacturing systems.In addition,with the development of industrial society,and the deepening of social division of labor,the mutual dependence and integration between the manufacturing industry and the service industry have led to a gradual blurring of the boundaries between the two sides.,and remanufacturing services came into being.This paper baesd on the remanufacturing service of waste machinery and equipment,the modeling and program evaluation of waste machinery equipment remanufacturing service are researched.First of all,in order to describe the relationship between the various layers of remanufacturing services better,a common Bill of Material technology is proposed to propose a method for constructing remanufactured Bill of standard remanufacturing service structure tree based on polychromatic set theory,which can represent the mapping relationship between the layers of the remanufacturing service by establishing a surrounding matrix,thereby describing the complex hierarchical structure of the remanufacturing service better.Secondly,the association rules are used to calculate correlation for the many integrated remanufacturing services encapsulated on the remanufacturing service platform,and the correlation between atomic remanufacturing services is mined.A remanufacturing service standardization method based on association rules is proposed which solved the problems that difficulties for remanufacturing service management and inaccurate match between remanufacturing services and project task because of re-manufacturing service description confusion and incomplete manufacturing service information.Finally,based on the general evaluation index of existing manufacturing services,combined with the characteristics of remanufacturing services,remanufacturing services evaluation system including five Quality of Service parameters that time,price,reliability,flexibility and integrity is proposed.Aiming at the problem of untrustworthy evaluation of service providers by several users in the process of remanufacturing service,the information correction method is proposed based on the collaborative filtering idea;Aiming at the realistic problem of subjectivity and noise,using the variable precision rough set theory to analyze the weights of each indicator in the remanufactured QoS evaluation model in a large amount of historical data,and combine the weights set by the user according to their own needs to calculate the similarity between the ideal service and the real service,and quantize and sort the overall performance of remanufacturing services.Finally,taking an machine tool feeder remanufacturing service as an example,it is verified that the model can select the best service for the user to meet the customer’s requirements,and effectively reduce the impact of false comments on the selection result.
