Research On Performance Evaluation System Of Working Capital Management In Coal Enterprises Based On Value Chain

As the blood to support the operation of enterprises,the healthy circulation of working capital has a profound impact on the efficiency of enterprises.Under the new normal economic situation,coal enterprises are facing more and more complex external environment and increasingly fierce industry competition.It is urgent to improve the management level of working capital in order to gain competitive advantage.The traditional performance evaluation system of working capital management shows its limitations in the face of various changes.It is more and more difficult to adapt to the current environment and expose the deep problems existing in the management of working capital.For enterprises,in order to adapt to today’s economic environment,it is necessary to innovate and improve the performance evaluation system of working capital management.This requires screening and supplementing the indicators on the basis of the evaluation system,in order to evaluate from the perspective of the enterprise as a whole,and the evaluation results can better reflect the accuracy and objectivity.In today’s rapidly changing global economic environment,the links between enterprises are becoming more and more important to enterprises.Value chain theory emphasizes the overall efficiency of enterprises,and is closely related to working capital.Therefore,the performance evaluation of working capital management in coal enterprises can be combined with the value chain.This paper first elaborates the research background,purpose and significance of the paper,then combs and reviews the previous research through domestic and foreign literature,then defines the concept of value chain and working capital management and introduces the theory.Then,it analyses the characteristics of the value chain of coal enterprises,points out the shortcomings of the traditional performance evaluation system of working capital management,and analyses the value chain theory and coal.It is necessary and feasible to combine the performance evaluation of enterprise working capital management with the characteristics of coal enterprise value chain to construct a new evaluation system.On this basis,select Y company as the research object,use the new evaluation system to evaluate it,and select other enterprises in the same industry for comparison,excavate the deep problems existing in Y company’s working capital management,and then put forward suggestions for these problems.Based on the value chain,this paper constructs a new performance evaluation system of working capitalmanagement,introduces the theory of value chain into the daily management of working capital of enterprises,overcomes the limitations of traditional evaluation system,can help coal enterprises maximize their interests in all aspects of operation,and can also bring long-term profits and competitiveness to enterprises.
