Research On Service Design Of Infant Intelligent Accompanying System

With the implementation of the universal two-child policy,as well as the influence of modern science and consumption concepts,intelligent mother-infant products have ushered in a broad space for development.Due to the pressure of life and work,it is getting challenging for parents to care for their children at all times.Therefore,it is difficult to guarantee the safety of the environment children grow up in,to form an intimate relationship between parents and children,and to dispel the anxiety of parents.In this context,based on the research method of service design,we take users’ emotional needs as the entry point to constructing a harmonious,efficient,emotional and humanized relationship between infants,products and caregivers,as well as improving the service quality and user experience.In this paper,we firstly investigate and analyze the existing intelligent infant care products on the market,and compare the service modes of different equipment and the satisfaction of existing product demands.Secondly,with the method of researching service design,we further explore the physiological,psychological and behavioral characteristics of the users including infants and caregivers.At the same time,the roles and story situations are established,and the design opportunities are explored.Thirdly,we systematically analyze the design of service system of infant care.By combing the service process and the user’s needs,we design the service contacts in depth and explore the relationship between user and product system,so as to clarify the function and situation of the service system.Finally,we propose the design strategy and principle as a guide to develop the hardware and software design of the intelligent infant accompanying system.In design practice,we use the serialized theme design to give the product unified recognition and emotional characteristics.We also deeply research and design the function module,interaction process and emotional operation experience of the mobile interface,aiming to improve the capability of collaborative work and to make the system easy to use between products and products.
