The flow parameter acquisition system with multi-thread and multi-signal fusion based on programmable logic device design.At present,there are many researches on the flow parameters of three-phase flow in China,but most of them are still in the experimental stage,and the data collection signals are relatively single.There are few systems that can realize multi-threading and multi-signal fusion of three-phase flow parameter collection,and the multi-circuit structure of the collection system is complex,which cannot monitor,save and analyze data in real time.With the widely application of the programmable logic devices field,and the rapid development of wireless communication technology,in urgent need of a special three-phase current flow parameter data acquisition circuit,which can realize real-time data collection,wireless data transmission,integration of multi-channel signals,video acquisition and has the ability to save the analysis data,this will be the basic of advance digital oilfield.This paper proposes a method to build data collection system by FPGA mappingcircuit,the method is mainly to collect the three-phase flow parameter data including the temperature signal,the light signal,such as electrical impedance signal and pressure signal through mapping circuit which designed by FPGA,and transmit these data collection to the display terminal.The main core of FPGA design is to gradually write the data of CMOS and sensor into the WIFI module through DDR2 cache.The WIFI module will transfer the written data to the display of multi-phase flow parameters by high-speed SPI protocol,and the multi-phase flow parameters display will arrange and display the data to complete real-time monitoring and monitoring of the collected data.In order to verify the accuracy and repeatability of the acquisition system,a verification experiment is conducted on the system.The experimental results show that the maximum error of the data acquisition system is 1.810 % and the maximum relative standard deviation of the system is 1.629 %.It indicates that the data acquisition system designed in this paper conforms to the design standards,and has a high stability when running,and the data collection by the data acquisition system has a low discrete degree,hence the system can effectively complete the task of data acquisition and monitoring of oilfield production.
