The Green Development Strategy For Coal Enterprises

Coal is a vital non renewable resources in China.Coal enterprise is the basic traditional industry of China which supporting the national economy.Because of the self-particularity and development model,coal enterprise has provided energy for the development of national economy,but the high-intensity operation and large-scale of coal resources exploitation,to a certain extent,has brought great detriment to the ecological environment.The "13th Five-Year" plan clearly puts forward the implementation of "green development" to build a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.How to improve the efficiency of green coal production,how to develop comprehensive utilization technology,how to reduce waste of resources,how to develop new energy and reduce pollution has become the focus of attention in such huge environmental pressure.Therefore,reaching win-win situation of economic benefits,social benefits and ecological benefits,coal enterprise can only rely on taking the road of green development,transform dependent upon resources into protecting resources and promote self-competitive ability.Scientific and reasonable evaluation about the degree of coal enterprise’s green development,putting forward the problems and a series of resolving issues existing development of coal enterprise have important theoretical and practical significance.This paper studies the green development strategy for coal enterprises with a view to attaining green sustainable development of coal enterprises.Based on summary and analysis the connotation of green development,Marxist theory of human development,related theories in the Western Economics and Sustainable Development Theory,carding and researching the current situation and main problems of green development of coal enterprises.Establishing the green development index system of coal enterprises,according to construction principles,this paper identified the evaluation methods and screen out 28 specific indicators for evaluating the degree of coal enterprise’s green development in an objective way.Then,taking Zhao Jia Zhai coal mine as an example,using entropy method make a quantitative analysis about the results from four aspects: green coal clean production,comprehensive utilization of resources reuse,green management of enterprises and environmental greening in the mining area.After that,put forward the corresponding countermeasures respectively based on four aspects: coal enterprises’ business model,human resource structure,coal production structure and system reform of coal enterprises;and put forward safeguard measures from the four aspects:safety,organization and management.Finally,summarize the whole paper.
