In today's society,the production and use of rubber products is very large,and then a large amount of discarded rubber products are produced.If such a large amount of waste rubber is left unused5it not only occupies land resources,pollutes soil and groundwater,but also harms humas and the ecological environment.Black pollution,and the valuable resources such as rubber elastomer,fabric,polyester,metal contained in rubber waste can not be recycled,resulting in huge waste of resources.At present,most national scholars must consider rubber into concrete.Realize secondary recycling.The main research in this paper is rubber concrete material.Through the Excel VBAprogram development and design concrete mix design procedure,the concrete mix design is freed from manual calculation,which is more efficient and accurate.The rubber particles of the three sizes of 20 mesh,1 to 3 mm,and 3 to 6 mm were respectively blended into the concrete by 0%,2%,4%,6%,8%,and 10%as the experimental research object.Through the test,the rubber particles are mixed to reduce the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the concrete cube.The compressive strength of the rubber concrete decreases with the increase of the blending amount.The particle size increases and decreases;the splitting tensile strength of rubber concrete decreases with the increase of the content,but decreases with the decrease of the particle size under the same dosage,and attempts to establish the rubber particle content for the rubber concrete cube.The influence law of compressive strength,formula form:fce=A+Bx+Cx2+Dx3+Ex4,the influence of rubber particle size on the compressive strength of rubber concrete cube,formula form:fce=F+G/(1+10y-H),while cubic compressive strength the conversion of splitting tensile strength,formula form:fts=(a+bfce+cfce)-1,calculate the tensile-compression ratio at 3d and 28d as the early crack resistance of rubber concrete and the crack resistance of rubber concrete.Compared with ordinary concrete,the crack resistance is improved.After the macroscopic water absorption test and microscopic SEM observaton,the machanism of the strength performance of rubber concrete is analyzed.In the macroscopic test,the water absorption increases with the increase of the rubber particle content.As the water content increases with the increase of the particle size,in the microscopic test,the transition zone of the interface between the stone and the cement stone is gradually filled with the cement hydrate with the transition of the cement,and the transition zone between the rubber particle and the cement stone is basically not related to the age.Through the test,it can be understood that the volume of the capillary crack in the rubber concrete increases with the increase of the particle size and amount of the rubber particles3and the capillary cracks in the material increase,During the pressure-bearing process of the rubber concrete test block,the part is obvious.The stress concentration becomes a weak position of the material,the strength of the material is lowered,and the crack resistance of material is increased due to the flexibility of the rubber material.The research of rubber concrete materials is beneficial to the secondary utilization of waste rubber materials,reducing the waste of resources and environmental pollution.The rubber is added into the concrete to improve the crack resistance and other properties of the rubber to a certain extent.Figure[41]table[28]reference[57]...
