| Electrolytic processing machine tools are one of the necessary conditions for electrolytic processing.At present,China’s electrolytic processing equipment control system has shortcomings such as poor system reliability,low control integration,and inconvenient operation of machine tools.This topic is aimed at the aero-engine blade electrolytic forming process,research and development of a new double-head blade electrolytic machining machine integrated control system based on Siemens 840 Dsl system.Firstly,according to the working requirements of the blade electrolytic machining machine,the control scheme of the machine tool is demonstrated.The advantages and disadvantages of different control schemes of the electrolytic machining machine are analyzed.The system hardware integration and software development scheme based on the Siemens 840 Dsl system is adopted to realize the electrolysis.High integration of multiple processes such as machining movement,electrolytic machining power supply,and electrolyte system.According to the control system scheme and work requirements,the system components are configured and the control system is designed.The main control circuits of the main circuit,CNC system power supply circuit,tool setting loop and power supply control are designed.Secondly,the system input and output modules are determined according to the blade machine control requirements.The control system PLC is designed by Siemens STEP-7 software,and the system is configured in STEP-7.According to the machine control requirements and machining operation flow,the machine PLC control program is designed.The information exchange scheme between the main control computer and the processing power subsystem is proposed,and the corresponding communication protocol is developed.The specific measures to improve the reliability of the control system are studied.The fault diagnosis scheme of the processing system is proposed and the reliability of the control system is strengthened.According to the control and processing operation requirements,a set of control software suitable for the blade electrolytic machining machine tool was developed by using the Siemens secondary development tool package Operataer Programming Package and VC++ and QT software,which realized the automation of electrolytic machining control,the visualization of the machining process and the processing parameters.The integrated control of the control system of the electrolytic machining machine is realized by various selections of monitoring and machining modes,machining diagnostic functions and online help functions.Finally,according to the software and hardware design of the machine tool,the control system of the machine tool is installed and debugged.Test,connect the hardware part of the control system,debug the software part,and perform online debugging of software and hardware.The whole machine tool is connected with the electrolysis power source and the electrolyte system to carry out the overall debugging of the machine tool,and the problems occurring during the debugging process are summarized and corresponding solutions are proposed.The debugging and application results show that the main functional indicators of the control system meet the design requirements,the system reliability is good,the degree of automation is high,and the actual production requirements can be met.Figure47 Table8 Reference50. |
