Synthesis Of 1,2,4-Triazolo-1,2,4-Triazole And HDCPT | Posted on:2020-02-18 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:Y Bai | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2381330572499265 | Subject:Chemistry | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | The nitrogen-rich condensed-ring single explosives have excellent detonation performance and are the focus of research in the field of energetic materials.However,the structure of the nitrogen-rich condensed ring skeleton is complex and difficult to synthesize,which is also a difficulty in this research field.In this paper,3,6-diamino-1H-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-b][1,2,4]was synthesized by condensation cyclization、acidification、diazotization and ring closure,and the yield was 60%.The structure was confirmed by 1H NMR、13C NMR、IR、DSC and X-ray single crystal diffraction.The measured density was 1.75 g·cm-3.The nitration reaction of the fused ring compound was initially explored and verified by liquid chromatography and mass spectrometry,and became a strong support based on the subsequent practical application of the triazolotriazole derivative.A novel azo was designed by using HCPT as raw material.Compound(E)-1,2-bis(1-(3,5-dinitro-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-3-nitro-1H-1,2,4-triazole-5-Azo(HDCPT),and further preparation of a plurality of energetic ion salts.At the same time,HDNAT was used as the parent to screen a plurality of excellent ion salts.In order to further investigate the relationship between structure and properties,the reduction products of the two azo compounds,namely the hydrazine structure,were prepared.Using potassium salt of 1-(3,5-dinitropyrazol-4-yl)-5-amino-3-nitro-1,2,4-triazole(KCPT)as raw material,under acidic conditions One step of oxidation of potassium permanganate gives(E)-1,2-bis(1-(3,5-dinitropyrazol-4-yl)-3-nitro-1,2,4-triazole-5-Based azo compound(HDCPT).The yield increased from 50.6%to 84.5%,which improved the safety of the synthesis process and reduced the cost.The structure of the product was characterized by infrared and mass spectrometry. | Keywords/Search Tags: | energetic materials, nitrogen-rich fused ring, triazolo triazole | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
