LCRM is an advanced manufacturing technology developed from the 1990s,it combines the advantages of the laser cladding and the rapid forming technique,and is used 'widely in the car,steel,aviation,aerospace,and electronics industry.The temperature field of forming parts of LCRM has a very important influence on the forming quality.But it is very difficult to achieve the accurate real-time measurement and control on the temperature of molten pool and it's ambient in the use of existing facilities.In this paper parametric programming of numerical simulation is used to get the study and verification of three dimensional transient temperature field of NI60 metal powder of coaxial powder-feed laser cladding,explore the method of the processing of turbine blades.It was drawn that the double ellipsoid heat source was the most suitable heat source for laser cladding from the analysis of pool shape,internal convection and temperature gradient.With the cell technology of ANSYS,this paper establishes the finite element model of laser cladding forming thin-wall part based on coaxial inside-beam feeding,and the distribution of temperature field is simulated and analyzed.Base on the single laser cladding experiment,turbine blade laser cladding forming initial parameters and test plans are confirmed.The finite element model of laser cladding forming thin-wall part is established.The evolution of temperature field and thermal cycle of the node are studied during the thin-wall part forming process.In the emulation laser power is changed real time,and it can keep the molten pool temperature steady.The turbine blade part is formed successfully through laser power changed real time.The FEM simulation of molten pool temperature filed of laser cladding was in accordance with the results of cladding experiments.The simulation study in this paper achieved remarkable accomplishments,it ensured the quality of laser cladding layer;obtained turbine blade forming part of high quality morphology and provided optimized technical parameters.
