| With the adjustment of China’s energy structure and the promotion of energy conservation and emission reduction,the demand for natural gas consumption is on the rise.In order to meet the daily gas consumption of the city,especially the peak of gas consumption brought by winter heating,the city has started the urban natural gas peaking project.On the one hand,the urban natural gas peaking project not only has economic benefits,but also has extremely high social benefits.On the other hand,the construction and operation of the project requires a large amount of capital investment,which has certain risks.In order to avoid investment decision mistakes,enterprises Before developing a construction project,it is necessary to effectively evaluate the project’s revenue and solvency.Taking L natural gas peaking project as an example,this paper determines the LNG gas storage peak shaving scheme and the main equipment and investment needs of the project based on the analysis of peak wave trough analysis and peak shaving scheme for L gas demand..Using the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis,the economic benefits,social benefits and risks of the L natural gas peaking project are analyzed in detail,and the results of the project benefit evaluation are obtained.The total investment of L natural gas peaking project is 88.5 million yuan,of which 50%is self-raised by the company and 50%is applied for bank loan.The project calculation period is 21 years,of which the construction period is 1 year and the operation period is 20 years.The economic benefit analysis shows that the project has good profitability and solvency;and the project belongs to the national policy encouragement category,its social benefits are higher than economic benefits,and the project construction and operation will be supported by the government;risk analysis results Show project risks are small.In short,the project has high social benefits,good economic returns and low risks. |
