Oily sludge which was generated from the process of surveying,mining,production and transportation of oil.There are so many poisonous and harmful substances in the oily sludge.With the consumption of oil resources and the increasing demand for environmental protection in the world,how to achieve resource reuse and greener environment is a central issue in the world.Our country put forward to build a beautiful and harmonious society in“The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China”,and oil sludge has become the study object in various fields.Therefore,it is a meaningful and difficult research subject to realize the oily sludge harmless with an effective way.This dissertation narrated the present situation of oily sludge treatment at home and abroad in recent years,referred to a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,summarized the methods of various countries in the world.Combined with the actual conditions,an experiment approach of oily sludge was explored.The crude oil in the sludge was separated by chemical method.The separation effect of different single agent was analyzed experimentally.Then,the single agent was compounded and the separation effect of the compound was obtained.Under the premise of the above experiments,the optimum technological parameters were determined by changing the technological parameters,such as mixture ratio,mixing time,stirring temperature and stirring rate.The research results of oil layer :(1)For Daqing oily sludge,the eight separate single-agent PL,CSN,SJ,A1-4,PN,XF,Q,and Q800 had a certain separation effect on the puree.The separation effect of PN,XF,and Q were the best,but the conditions of thelaboratory and the economic benefits were taken into consideration.Finally,the separation agent PL and SJ were selected for the complex experiment.(2)According to the analysis of the upper reservoir,separating agent of PL and SJ after dispensing the best compound recipe for: PL(5%)was 2.8 g and SJ(1.8%)was 0.2 g.(3)Based on the optimal separating agent,the process conditions were optimized,the optimum reaction conditions were determined: the reaction temperature was 80℃,the reaction time was 60 min,stirring speed was400r/min..Under these conditions,the crude oil recovery rate can reach99.02%,the solid content in the recovered oil was 0.29%,and the water content was 0.69%.Research results on oil content of water layer :(4)For Daqing oily sludge,According to the situation of oil in water,this paper made a further experiment,the optimum compound formula was P3:Y14=5.5:1.(5)The optimum conditions were: reaction temperature was 80℃,stirring time was 60 min,stirring speed was 540r/min,the static temperature was 80 degrees centigrade,the best treatment effect of water oil content as low as10.01 mg and the amount of use of reagents for energy saving more.
