Industrial sulfur dioxide emissions from coal is one of the important factors leading to air pollution.In the process of industrial furnaces.In order to control sulfur-containing flue gas emissions,wet flue gas desulfurization technology is widely used at home and abroad.The reaction mechanism of desulfurization process is complex,which has many factors leading it difficult to establish an accurate mathematical model.This project relies on a large shaft furnace pellet flue gas desulfurization process automation project.Discuss the simulation model of wet flue gas desulfurization.Combined with the actual industrial data to establish a dynamic model of flue gas desulfurization process,the dynamic simulation software of Sulfur dioxide content in flue gas desulfurization process was developed.A simulation experiment system for optimization control of desulphurization process was set up in the laboratory environment,Which verify the accuracy of the mathematical model through experiments.The model provides the basis for the further optimization of desulfurization process and industrial application.The details are as follow:1.Establish the dynamic model of wet flue gas desulfurization on the basis of summarizing the related technology at home and abroad.Based on the reaction principle of wet flue gas desulfurization process,the mechanism model of flue gas desulfurization process was established by using ion conservation,material conservation and material exchange.Based on the difference between the industrial data and the output of the mechanism model,a neural network error compensation model based on data driven is established to improve the model precision.2.Establish the model computer and the control system computer which is an integral part of the hardware platform architecture of the FGD simulation platform.Flue gas desulfurization simulation platform software architecture is composed of process model module,OPC communication module,monitoring module,system management module.Complete the process of flue gas desulfurization process of sulfur dioxide content of the dynamic simulation software based on Matlab and Rockwell RSLogix5000,Factory Talk view and other tools.3.Take the industrial data of a flue gas desulphurization project as experimental object not only to validate the model by experiments but also to do the dynamic simulation experiments of the Sulfur dioxide.Experimental results show that the dynamic model of flue gas desulfurization can simulate the actual working conditions more accurately.The net smoke Sulfur dioxide content can be well controlled by the method which can provide the guidance for the optimization of the control.
