In the iron and steel industry,Blast furnace blower is an important part of iron making process,the stable operation of blast furnace blast system is directly related to the production of blast furnace,which is the favorable guarantee for the operation of blast furnace.The blast furnace blower has the characteristics of large capacity,control and protection system,and the control of the blast furnace.The difficulty of the synchronous motor which is driven by the motor is to start,but the normal operation of the blast furnace blower is the key to guarantee the normal operation of the blast furnace blower.Therefore,the reliability,automation degree and operability of the system have been put forward higher requirements.The relocation of Shougang Steel Company No.48000m3electric blower frequency soft start system as the research object,combined with requirements of the production process and system,to study the design and application of large electric blower variable frequency soft starting system,realizes the application of load commutated synchronous motor speed control technology of blast furnace blower start.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The process flow and the characteristics of the blast furnace blast system and the operating principle and performance of the self controlled synchronous motor are analyzed.(2)Analysis of the advanced nature of the GL150 converter and the last generation of SIMOVERT S inverter for the variable frequency soft start system of the electric blower for the moving steel.(3)For the characteristics of brushless excitation of blast furnace blower,the scheme of starting,parameter setting and control scheme of the synchronous motor and the excitation control strategy of the synchronous motor are proposed.(4)According to the synchronous motor soft start system excitation control strategy based on load commutated synchronous motor speed control technology(LCI)detailed analysis of Qiangang Corporation No.4 8000m3 no electric blower of vector control.(5)The hardware structure,software structure,network topology and excitation principle of the GL150 load and frequency control system are studied in detail.Through the research of the load flow synchronous motor speed control technology,the design of advanced and reasonable control scheme,to ensure the safe operation of the blower,reduce the accident rate of the unit,the safe operation of the blast furnace,production,production,energy saving has extremely important significance.And it has the reference function to the research of this kind of large-scale soft start equipment in the same industry.The specific measures of the excitation control strategy are proposed,which make the whole system stable and reliable.The system has been installed,debugged and sent to the wind,and it is stable and has a high success rate.In the premise of 21000 tons of daily output of blast furnace,send wind capacity reached daily 8600km University,consumption 82.13kWh/km no,running in good condition and meet the control requirements of the production of blast furnace,blast furnace production of smooth,stable operation to provide a guarantee,has strong practicability.
