Study On The Beneficiation Process Of Tianning Weathered Phosphate Rock

Yunnan phosphating group is the largest state-owned large modern opencast mining enterprise with large modern phosphate mine.Its subordinate company is a high modernized mineral processing plant.The original design of Anning mining branch adopts positive and negative flotation process,which is mainly treated by the middle and low grade semi weathered ore produced by Tianning mining industry.With the continuous mining,the weathering degree of ore has been increasing.At present,several mining areas in Tianning mining have been stockpiling millions of tons of weathering.It is difficult to treat the ore with high weathering degree by floatation method,and the thickening is difficult,the concentration is not high,and the foaming phenomenon is downstream.In view of the serious problems mentioned above,in addition to ore geological research in ore process mineralogy,the study of mineral processing technology and medicament should be strengthened to solve this problem thoroughly.In order to rationally develop and utilize the phosphorus resources of Tianning mining industry and to establish its own phosphate rock material base to ensure the sustainable development of the enterprise,this study has been put forward on the basis of the preliminary analysis of the ore samples in the first and four mining areas of Tianning weathered ore and the exploration of the flotation test.The samples of the four mining area are deslimed and the samples after desliming are cleaned by direct and indirect flotation at ambient temperature.Na2SiO3 is used as inhibitor in positive flotation.The dosage is 5.5kg/t,XM-28 is used as collector and the dosage is 2kg/t;reverse flotation is used as a regulator and inhibitor with H2SO4,and the dosage is 4kg/t.Finally,flotation indexes of P2O5 grade 29.12%,MgO content 0.56%,total concentrate yield 54.48%and total recovery 75.85%were obtained.The total production cost of this process is 246.95 yuan,which is 43 yuan higher than that of single reverse flotation demagnesium.The cost of production is too high and the company is not profitable.It is not suitable for industrial production.The flotation tests of different mining processes in a mining area are carried out by one-step flotation.Single reverse flotation uses H3PO4 as an inhibitor and GL-3 as collector.Single positive flotation uses YP1 as an inhibitor and XM-28 as collector.According to the flotation effect,the optimum flotation index can be obtained by using the single positive flotation process of clear water classification:P₂O₅ grade is 30.15%,MgO content is 0.2%,and the recovery rate is 97.79%.From the perspective of production cost,the single reverse flotation cost of backwater classification is the lowest,which is 130.21yuan,while the single floatation cost of clean water classification is 142.43 yuan.Considering all factors,the single floatation process with clean water classification has the best flotation effect and moderate cost.In order to solve a series of problems in the conventional flotation process of Tianning weathered ore,the concentrates are dense and easy to run,and the actual yield is low.The settlement tests for flotation concentrate and flotation tailings are carried out respectively.The final undercurrent concentration of the flotation concentrate of the single positive flotation process can reach 53.82%,exceeding the concentrate produced by the single reverse flotation demagnesium process in the factory.The settlement concentration of the flotation tailings of the separate weathered ore can reach 34.15%,which can meet the production requirements.In order to solve the mud settlement,the tailings and flotation tailings can be solved.The concentration of sedimentation can reach 28.79%,which basically meets the requirements.The research results of the subject in actual production and application,the entire transformation process only needs to add three sets of cyclone devices on the basis of existing equipment,can realize the process conversion,the transformation strength and difficulty are not large,and the existing production and operation of Anning Mining Branch The impact is less,and the risk can be controlled.
