| The most commonly used production process of vitamin B6 was the oxazole method.According to the current regulatory regulations,there were certain problems that were incompatible with the environmental capacity,especially the black solid waste generated during the production process,which were difficult to handle.If it directly enter the environment,it will seriously pollute the environment.Based on analysis of this black solid waste,it was preliminarily judged that the analysis results in this solid waste contain amino groups,hydroxyl groups,and carboxyl groups,which have potential as epoxy curing agents.Therefore,in this experiment,this solid waste was used to synthesize an epoxy resin anti-corrosive coating to turn this solid waste into a treasure and realize green chemistry.First of all,in this experiment,an epoxy resin anti-corrosion coating was synthesized using black paste as an epoxy resin curing agent component.The reaction temperature and reaction time of the reaction,the solidification time curing temperature of the coating film and the mass ratio of black paste and bisphenol A diglycidyl ether E51 were studied.And the performance of the coating film was tested.The experimental results showed that the reaction was the best the reaction temperature was 90℃,the reaction time was 4h,the best curing temperature was 160℃,and the curing time was 5h,the best mass ratio of black paste and bisphenol A diglycidyl ether E51 was 1∶2.Secondly,in this paper,that black paste was modified by melamine was used to prepare more excellent epoxy curing agent.The quality ratio of melamine and black paste,the modification method of black paste,and the quality ratio of black paste modified material and bisphenol A diglycidyl ether E51 were studied.And the performance of the coating film was tested.The experimental results show that: as the content of melamine increases,the yield increases gradually when the modified material was separated,and the properties of the coating film when the modified material was not separated are better than those when the modified material was separated.Considering comprehensively,the mass ratio of melamine to black paste was 4∶1,when the modified material and bisphenol A diglycidyl ether E51 was 1∶3,the coating film performance is excellent.Finally,in this paper the toughening agent(dibutyl phthalate),adhesion promoter(aminosiloxane),the volume ratio of solvent,fillers such as quartz powder,talcum powder,mica,the mass ratio of bisphenol A diglycidyl ether E51 or 44 and modified materials was studied on the performance of the coating film.And the performance of the coating film was tested.The research shows that the bisphenol A diglycidyl ether E51 was used in this experiment,the mass ratio of the modified product to the bisphenol A diglycidyl ether E51 was 1∶3,the amount of dibutyl phthalate was 5% of the film forming material,and the amount of aminosilicone was 3% of the film forming material,and the volume ratio of ethanol to n-butanol was 70∶30,the best filler is quartz powder and the optimal amount was 8% of the film forming material.Based on the above experiments,the optimum formula was determined by orthogonal test: the amount of dibutyl phthalate was 4% of the film forming material,the volume ratio of the solvent was 75∶25,and the amount of the filler quartz powder was 8% of the film material and 3% of the adhesion promoter are film-forming materials.The mass ratio of the modified material to the bisphenol A diglycidyl ether E51 was 1∶3.Under the optimal formulation,the curing time,curing temperature,storage stability and thermal stability were studied.Studies have shown that: the best curing temperature was 110℃,the curing time was 5h,storage stability of the coating was greater than 6 months,thermal stability was good. |
