Every year,hundreds of thousands of people die from mosquito-borne infectious diseases.Traditional mosquito avoidance methods can no longer meet people’s needs.In recent years,new anti-mosquito methods such as mosquito repellent lamps and anti-mosquito fabrics have begun to enter the public life.At present,the research on anti-mosquito fabrics mainly focus on the extraction of repellents and mosquito-repellent finishing technology,and the research content is relatively single.With the development of science and technology and the improvement of living standards,people hope to develop a anti-mosquito fabrics with comprehensive performance.Based on this,this paper aims to develop a anti-mosquito seamless knitted fabric with good comfort properties and wearing properties,which could combine the selection of repellent,spinning process with product design and weaving process.In this paper,Ay Tsao extract was selected as the raw material of repellent,and added it to the polyester spinning process to prepare bamboo polyester anti-mosquito yarn.Seamless knitted fabrics are woven together with a veil and a base yarn.In order to study the influence of raw material,fabric structure and veil permutation ratio on the performance of mosquito-proof fabric,the ratio of ordinary yarn to anti-mosquito yarn in veil,fabric structure,raw material of ordinary yarn and bottom yarn in the veil were taken as test factors.The level of each factor is designed as follows: the ratio of the common yarn to the mosquito screen in the veil is 25:75,50:50,75:25,0:100;The fabric stitch includes plain stitch,Single-sided mesh stitch,Pique stitch.The raw material of ordinary in the veil includes 14.8tex polyester,14.8tex moisture-wicking polyester yarn and 14.6tex cotton.The raw material level of base yarn includes 4.4tex moisture-wicking nylon/2.2tex spandex covered yarn and 4.4tex polyester/2.2tex spandex covered yarn.The test in this paper is multi-factor and multi-level,and 12 samples of anti-mosquito fabrics were designed according to the quasi-level and additional experiment.Then we finished samples weaving onthe seamless knitting machine.Test the anti-mosquitoes property,comfort property and wearing property of the fabric.Firstly,the visual analysis method is used to analyze the test results separately,and then the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze the test results comprehensively.Finally,the process of fabrics with better comprehensive properties is selected.The testing contents of anti-mosquito properties includes mosquito avoidance test and durability test.In this paper,the female mosquitoes of Aedes albopictus were selected and bred as test insects,and the test avoidance box was designed and customized.The results of mosquito repellent test show that 12 fabrics had mosquito repellent effect.The order of influence of four factors on anti-mosquitoes properties of fabric is as follows: the ratio of ordinary yarn to anti-mosquito yarn in veil > raw material of ground yarn > fabric stitches > raw material of ordinary yarn in veil.When the veil is full of anti-mosquito yarn,the fabric stitch is single-sided mesh stitch,and the raw material of bottom yarn is 4.4tex moisture-wicking nylon/2.2tex spandex covered yarn,the anti-mosquito properties of the fabric is the best.The test results of durability test of fabrics show that with the increase of washing times,the mosquito repellent effect of each sample decreases in varying degrees.The mosquito repellent rate of all fabrics decreased significantly after washing more than 15 times.Wearability testing of fabrics can be divided into comfort testing and appearance testing.The specific test contents include the thermal resistance,air permeability,moisture absorption,moisture permeability,quick drying,drapability,crease recovery property and the anti-pilling property.The results show that the fabric stitch is the main factor affecting the thermal resistance,air permeability and crease recovery property of the fabric.The ratio of ordinary yarn to anti-mosquito yarn in veil is the main factor affecting the moisture absorption,moisture permeability,quick drying and anti-pilling property of the fabric.the raw material of ordinary yarn in veil is the main factor affecting the drapability of the fabric.Finally,the fuzzy mathematics comprehensive analysis method was used to analyze the test results of 12 fabrics.The results show that the order of comprehensive properties of 12 fabrics is as to:11# > 2#> 12#> 5#> 3#> 1#> 6#> 9 #> 10#> 4#> 8#> 7#.According to the test results,and taking into account the difference in sweating and heat production in different parts of human body,combined with ergonomic design,produced a female anti-mosquito seamless sportswear suit.
