| Superhydrophobic is the phenomenon of liquid surface repelling on the surface of the material.The droplets are limited by the surface tension on the surface and cannot spread out to keep the spherical "station" on the surface of the material.When the surface is tilted,the droplets roll away the surface particles to achieve a self-cleaning effect.For superhydrophobic glass surfaces,ceramic surface glass and building materials,the ability to self-clean is ideal.So the preparation and research of self-cleaning super-hydrophobic glass are worthy of attention.Herein,we propose a novel method to prepare superhydrophobic glass surface by a thermal process to obtain glass crystallization,followed by corrosion to remove the residual glass phase and attain surface roughness.Then,the surface chemical modification as carried out to lower the surface energy and obtain the superhydrophobic glass surface.We use the Differential Scanning Calorimeter(DSC),Scanning Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM),X-ray Diffraction Analysis(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and other test methods systematically studied the preparation processes of the method.In this paper,the choice of heat treatment system and the relationship between corrosion condition,roughness and contact Angle are discussed.The surface of the corroded glass was shaped like lotus leaf by heat treatment.Hierarchical micro-nano structure not only reduces the actual area of solid-liquid contact,but also provides a large number of decoration attachment points,so that low surface energy material deep into the structure.The corrosion degree has a peak,and excessive corrosion will destroy the crystal morphology,reduce the roughness and the contact Angle.The contact angles of the samples with the same roughness but different crystal morphology differ greatly.Finally,it is shown that it is not advisable to only pursue surface roughness to meet the requirement of superhydrophobic,but also to pay attention to the surface structure topography,so as to promote the formation of composite contact state between solid and liquid.According to the 600℃/10 min,700℃/15 min,the order of 800℃/5 min after heat treatment,10-3.22%hydrofluoric acid corrosion of the 60 s,the optimal condition of preparation of microcrystalline glass.To achieve contact Angle 157°,the effect of rolling Angle less than 10°.The microcrystalline glass prepared by this method not only has super hydrophobic self-cleaning property after modification,but also has excellent properties of microcrystalline glass,such as good corrosion resistance,durability,stability,self-cleaning property and resistance to 4H pencil hardness test. |
