Foundry is the cornerstone of the development of national heavy industry.The level of development of the national foundry industry directly reflects the level of manufacturing in a country.In recent years,with the explosion of demand in the heavy truck market,The demand for automobile foundry products is increasing,and many large foundry enterprises in China are increasing their foundry production lines.The investment amount of production lines from hundreds of millions to billions is everywhere,which has greatly promoted the economic growth of our country.In order to meet the needs of the market,ST Group requires its subsidiary casting center,MC crankcase,to increase the production capacity of cylinder head castings from more than 60,000 sets per year to 120000 sets per year.The production capacity of the whole foundry production line is directly related to the production capacity of the whole foundry production line,the production capacity of which is directly related to the production capacity of the whole foundry production line.The research is as follows:1.The working cycle time of each station in the molding line is analyzed by using the action decomposition method,and the bottleneck point which restricts the production line is put forward with the expected productivity as the analysis target.2.Combining with TRIZ law and fuzzy algorithm,the main problem point of bottleneck link is analyzed thoroughly,then the problem is abstracted into the technical contradiction or physical contradiction in TRIZ rule.The most suitable innovative method is obtained by using the contradiction matrix and fuzzy algorithm,and then embodied in the practical optimization and transformation scheme of the molding line equipment.3.Test and analyze the implementation result of the transformation scheme and the running efficiency of the whole line,and summarize the production and operation data of the molding production line by using the time series method.Finally,the production capacity of the molding line is promoted and the automation of the production line is upgraded.This paper takes a static molding production line of MC crankcase and cylinder head produced by casting and forging center of ST Company as an example,through the above research methods,analyzes and solves the bottleneck problem of production line capacity.The actual production capacity of the static pressure molding production line of ST Company was increased from 26 cases/hour to 46 cases/hour,and the production efficiency was increased by 77%.At the same time,the mechanical automation of three manual operation stations was realized through the transformation.It also plays a positive role in the operation of the production line and the stability of the product quality.
