Vitamins,as the name implies,are trace organic compounds that are necessary to maintain the normal functioning of human health and metabolism.The detection and control of vitamin compounds is of great importance to human health.Modern research shows that the occurrence of some diseases is closely related to the content of vitamin C in the human body and the content of vitamin B2.In this paper,vitamin C and vitamin B2 were detected by electrochemical methods,respectively,It is hoped that there will be some progress or breakthrough in the sensitivity and stability of detection.The main research work of this thesis includes:1.Using a single-potential step method to polarize the outer surface of the base electrode copper,the fresh copper on the electrode surface will be oxidized into nanoparticles,and then the graphene can be deposited on the nanoparticles uniformly by electrodeposition.and graphene/copper oxide nanoparticle/copper electrode was successfully prepared.Anodic scanning polarization reversed phase catalytic voltammetry was applied to the detection of vitamin C in alkaline solution.In the concentration range of 0.125?3pM,the linear equation is i/?A= 6.8351c/?M +2.9357(R2=0.9989).Within the concentration range of 3?M to 16?M,the linear equation is i/?A=0.9008c/?M+ 16.823(R2=0.9995),The detection limit is 0.059?M(S/N=3).2.We applied the graphene/copper oxide nanoparticles/copper electrode prepared above to the actual sample detection.The content of vitamin C in fresh tangerines,oranges,passion fruits,and green peppers was detected and the results were very satisfactory.The linear equation of the tangerine sample is i/?A =6.721c/?M+10.864,so the content of vitamin C in the tangerine is 28.453 mg/100g;the linear equation of the orange sample is i/?A = 6.6175c/pM + 15.492,thus measured the content of vitamin C in orange is 41.205mg/100g;the linear equation of passion fruit is i/?A=8.2533c/?M+22.231,thus measured the vitamin C content of passion fruit is 47.407 mg/100g;The linear equation of green pepper sample is i/?A=3.5421c/?M+29.467,so the measured content of vitamin C in green pepper is 146.416 mg/100g.3.In an acidic solution,a ruthenium film electrode was deposited on the surface of a glassy carbon electrode by cyclic voltammetry,and vitamin B2 was quantified by differential pulse stripping voltammetry.The linear equation in the concentration range of 0.05 ?M to 0.25 ?M is i/?A=3.0333+8.764 c/?M(R2=0.9919),and the linear equation in the concentration range of 2?M to 10?M is i/?A=8.1364+0.4382 c/?M(R2=0.9979).In the case of a 3x signal to noise ratio(S/N=3),the minimum detection limit is 0.019 ?M.
