Machinery manufacturing industry is the most important basic industry of national economy,and it is also an important way to realize energy saving and consumption reduction.However,with the increasingly serious environmental pollution and the aggravation of the energy crisis,it is urgent to optimize the energy.As one of the most widely used precision machining methods in manufacturing industry,more and more scholars pay attention to reducing its energy consumption.In view of the high energy consumption of CNC centerless grinding,the characteristics of energy consumption and the optimization of parameters of centerless grinding were studied in this paper.The main research contents were as follows:Firstly,on the basis of analyzing the source of the energy consumption of the CNC centerless grinding machine,the energy flow of the grinding machine was described.The grinding process of grinding machine was divided into the starting state,the standby state,the no-load state and the grinding processing state combined with the actual production state of the grinding.The power balance equation and processing energy consumption model of the grinding machine were established by analyzing the energy consuming components in four states.Secondly,based on the analysis of grinding mechanism of single abrasive,a grinding force model based on time variation was established.Then the optimization model faced to minimum energy consumption and minimum processing time was established,which took grinding wheel speed,guide wheel speed,rough grinding feed rate,fine grinding feed rate,rough grinding time and fine grinding time as optimization variables.Then,improved Bee Evolutionary Genetic algorithm and applied to parameter optimization.The optimal process parameters could optimize the energy consumption and processing time of CNC centerless grinding.The case study showed that the new algorithm had faster convergence speed and higher accuracy.Based on the above research,a set of CNC grinding parameter optimization support system was developed by used SQL Server and other software.On the basis of building the basic support layer,application service layer and user interaction layer,the various modules were designed,and the operation process of the system was introduced in combination with a case.
