Metal nanowire arrays is one of the important material in the study of strong X-ray radiation source,compared with the ordinary solid material,metal nanowire arrays materials with local nearly solid density and low density of macro,with high conversion efficiency on the laser absorption,and the interaction between ultrashort pulse laser can produce high quality super hot electron beam collimation,for ICF fast ignition,directional transport super hot electron,reduce the beam divergence Angle of such research has the vital significance.In order to meet the special requirements of nanowire array structure in physical experiments,this paper prepared polystyrene porous array polymethylmethacrylate templates with different embedded orientations in different structures and sizes by using cluster hot stretching technology,on which copper micro/nanowires were grown by electrochemical deposition technology.The main research work and results are as follows:(1)Through investigation and research,chose two kinds of preparation of polymer template materials,polymethylmethacrylate and polystyrene(PMMA201,PMMA207,PS1,PS2),by testing its rheological properties,thermal properties,solubility PMMA207 and PS1 as raw materials,the preparation of porous polymer template array of PMMA as shell,PS as the core layer.(2)Design polymer template preparation technology,and through the test of different Angle mouth,choose the mouth of the inlet Angle of 60omode,and determine to get different size of polymer composite filament tensile speed,with the composite yarn of 0.5 mm of the stretching speed is 0.3 mm/min,the fusion process,determine the fusion temperature of228℃.(3)through theoretical design,polymethylmethacrylate templates with different structure sizes were prepared,in which the pore diameter was up to 2-3μm and 1μm,the pore spacing was up to 2.4μm and 1μm,and the effective area of the template was up to 0.6mm and 1mm.Meanwhile,template structures with different patterns were prepared,and the pore size reached 3μm.(4)copper micro/nanowires were grown on the prepared polymethylmethacrylate template using electrochemical deposition technology,the height of which reached20μm.The optimal deposition voltage was determined to be 0.3V,and the deposition time was 100S.The structure and size of the template can be controlled.At the same time,the structure and size of the copper nanowire array can also be controlled to meet the needs of physical experiments.This provides a foundation for the study of ICF fast ignition.
