The evaluation of eco-efficiency has a great significance of promoting sustainable development.In order to analyze the root causes of ecological efficiency reduction,it is necessary to analyze the basic composition of ecological efficiency.This article focuses on two issues.The traditional eco-efficiency evaluation model cannot discover the difference between economic efficiency and environmental efficiency,and the traditional DEA model cannot discuss the weights according to the needs of decision makers.In addition,this paper establishes a visual evaluation system to display the evaluation results better.In the traditional model,there is only one way to represent the defects of economic efficiency and environmental efficiency.We can't determine the root reason of low eco-efficiency.This paper establishes a comprehensive efficiency evaluation DEA model based on the directional distance function.Eco-efficiency can be evaluated in this model.This model also can improve the expected or decrease the undesired outputs in different proportions.And decompose them into two parts: economic efficiency and environmental efficiency.This makes it easy to examine whether the two performances are the same and to examine the relationship between them.In order to assign different preferences of output by decision maker's own needs,this paper establishes a dual-objective DEA model.Based on the traditional CCR model,the model maximizes the expected output,minimizes the undesired output and empowers it,and the decision maker can separately assign the weight according to the importance of each indicator.The slack variable is introduced into the model,which can solve the input's and output's adjustable amount according to the projection of effective production frontier surface of the non-effective DMU.It can provide a reference direction of how to improve the ecological efficiency.This paper selects the data from 2012 to 2016 to solve the ecological efficiency,economic efficiency and environmental efficiency model,and the dual-objective DEA model.Under the traditional model,the three efficiencies in East China are higher than those in the central and western regions,and the southern regions are higher than the northern regions.There are obvious differences.Under the comprehensive efficiency evaluation model,the ecological efficiency and environmental efficiency in the eastern region are significantly higher than those in the central and west,but the difference in economic efficiency is small,and it is same in the South and North.Through model decomposition,the main reason of low eco-efficiency is low environmental efficiency.Window analysis shows that the economic efficiency of each region has not changed greatly from 2010 to 2016,but the environmental efficiency is gradually increasing.Under the set weights,only Beijing has achieved DEA effectiveness,indicating that Beijing has achieved effective economic development and environmental governance.According to the projection expression,the adjustable amount of input and output is solved,and Indicated the direction for improvement in improving ecological efficiency.Finally,this paper constructes a visual evaluation system.The evaluation process is divided into different modules such as regional evaluation and annual evaluation.The basic visualization technology is applied.The evaluation results are selected according to their respective characteristics,and the user is guided to pay attention to the key points in different results to make it more convenient and analysis accurately.You can also view the corresponding data results,update and save the chart.It also uses html,CSS and Javascript to design a friendly and beautiful interactive interface.
