China's iron and steel industry has gained new development under the leadership of the important strategic plan of "one belt and one road",and has increased a lot of steel demand.Nevertheless,the scale and development speed of China's iron and steel enterprises and the level of international iron and steel industry still have considerable room for progress.Preventing financial risks is still one of the three major national battles,and the steel industry is listed as "two high and one surplus" by financial institutions.Under the background of strengthening financial supervision,enterprise financing is more difficult,and the financing cost is obviously rising.The problem of difficult and expensive financing in iron and steel industry is still in existence.In order to solve these problems,many scholars have proposed that China's iron and steel industry can optimize its operating level and reduce capital pressure by expanding financing channels,strictly controlling accounts receivable,effectively reducing inventory,accelerating capital turnover,coordinating domestic and foreign markets,and improving the efficiency of capital use.At present,most domestic scholars have studied the financing problems of iron and steel enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the supply chain financial business of expanding the financing channels of iron and steel enterprises.In recent years,steel industry,coal industry and real estate industry have gradually changed from traditional financing mode to supply chain financial business in order to reduce the overall financial cost,coordinate the supply chain capital flow and provide systematic financial services.Confirmed warehouse business is a kind of supply chain financial business.It is not only beneficial to the financing of iron and steel industry,but also an innovative business for banks.Through flexible use of bank acceptance draft and commercial acceptance draft,the traditional geographical restrictions can be broken and the functions of financial services can be enriched.This paper discusses the research status of supply chain financing and confirming warehouse financing at home and abroad,and defines the operation environment of confirming warehouse business in iron and steel industry by analyzing the current situation of financing in iron and steel industry.Starting from a specific case of confirming warehouse bills business,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the business.From the perspective of the participants,this paper makes a demand analysis of the business and explains the advantages of the confirmed warehouse bill business to the participants.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the business,the paper compares the confirming warehouse bill business with other supply chain financial models to get the advantages of the confirming warehouse business.Finally,the paper analyses the problems of the business and finds out the problems existing in the business,which provides theoretical support for the improvement of the bottom warehouse business.At the same time,in the analysis of confirming warehouse theory,we find that the business promotes the bill market,promotes the financing of small and medium-sized iron and steel enterprises,and consolidates the sales channels of core iron and steel enterprises.This paper uses the existing supply chain finance theory and confirming warehouse business theory to study the support of confirming warehouse bills business to the financing of iron and steel industry,and summarizes the contents that can be used for reference,and provides relevant suggestions for the confirming warehouse bills business of iron and steel companies in China.
