| In this paper,a method for detecting the pitch diameter of the ball screw based on the double telecentric imaging principle is studied.The detection scheme mainly includes the collection and transmission of the ball screw profile and the image at both ends of the console,the processing of the image and the parameter extraction of the image features.By constructing the optical image acquisition platform,the profile image of the ball screw and the image at both ends of the console are obtained.The image processing algorithm extracts the features,and uses the feature data to establish the transformation mapping relationship of the object image coordinate system to complete the detection of the ball screw parameters.In this text,the principles of the system,hardware and software design,and experiments are explored in turn.In principle,the specific design of image processing in the detection system is introduced,including image preprocessing,edge detection,tilt correction,positioning and segmentation,and image refinement in measurement,which makes the image into a single pixel edge that is easy to coordinate extraction.Information,complete the ball screw profile and the feature extraction of the top of the console,and then measure the profile parameters and the pitch diameter.The hardware and software design of the image acquisition device and the console is introduced in the software and hardware design.The calibration method is proposed for the installation error.Then,the MFC software development environment is used to develop a digital image processing system based on multi-thread optimization,in order to utilize image processing.The method can quickly and accurately complete the detection of the pitch diameter of the ball screw and eliminate the unqualified products.In the experimental aspect,the measurement system was multi-directionally verified,including length measurement,circle fitting measurement,resolution test,and workpiece measurement.The results were compared with the results of contact measurement,and the error caused by the experimental conditions was analyzed.It has been verified by experiments that the difference between the ball screw profile measurement result and the contact method is 3.1 μm,and the pitch diameter measurement result is within 5 μm of the difference between the three-line method.Compared with the traditional contact manual detection method,the detection system has the advantages of non-contact and high speed,which provides a new detection idea and method for the rapid industrial inspection of the ball screw. |
