The development of the global economy has promoted the rapid development of the manufacturing industry,while also exacerbating energy consumption and environmental problems.CNC machine tools are the basic equipment of the manufacturing industry,and their energy consumption has been valued by various countries.China is a manufacturing country,CNC machine tools as the basis of China’s manufacturing industry,a wide range of applications,as a manufacturing energy carrier,high energy consumption,energy saving and emission reduction space,research on the energy consumption of processing is of great significance.In recent years,in order to reduce production costs,improve market competitiveness,and comply with the overall green development trend of the industry,some traditional manufacturing companies have also begun to promote the intelligent and green transformation of production workshops,and enhance their manufacturing capabilities and competitiveness.Therefore,this paper combines manufacturing enterprises to conduct research on the energy consumption of CNC machine tools,which can provide reference for manufacturing enterprises to promote green manufacturing,reduce industrial energy consumption,processing costs,and research and development of energy-saving technologies and energy-saving equipment.The main contents are as follows :Firstly,according to the working process and cutting principle of NC machine tools,the energy consumption in cutting process is analyzed.The energy consumption in cutting process is divided into auxiliary system energy consumption,main drive system energy consumption,feed system energy consumption,cutting energy consumption and additional load energy consumption.Based on the energy consumption mechanism of these five systems and related research literature,the energy consumption models are established and the advantages and disadvantages are divided.Then select the energy consumption evaluation index of the CNC machine cutting process.Secondly,the energy consumption model of NC machine tool cutting process based on Gauss process regression is established,and the model is optimized by differential evolution algorithm.After orthogonal experiments,relevant data are collected and the hyperparameter of the model are determined,the feasibility and validity of the model are verified by comparing with BPNN,traditional GPR model and actual energy consumption value.Then,according to the actual situation,in order to meet the production conditions and processing requirements,and take the energy consumption,processing cost and processing time of NC machine tool as the goal,a multi-objective optimization model of process parameters is established,and an improved dynamic multi-population particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the problem,so that the Pareto solution set obtained has good diversity and convergence.Finally,according to the processing product,production requirement,machine tool equipment and worker’s technical level of an enterprise,select a specific NC machine tool,collect relevant data,obtain the optimized process parameter set,use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to select the optimal process parameters,and compare with the empirical process parameters,verify the validity and feasibility of the process parameter optimization model built in this paper.It also reflects the practical application value. |
