With the development of the national economy and the improvement of the national quality,people pay more and more attention to the environmental problem.And Chinainsists on the basic national policy of saving energy and protecting the environment.New requirements for sewage discharge standards are put forward in all parts of the country.At present,many regional sewage treatment plants require the effluent to adopt the Class-IV water discharge standard.Jinan has issued the emission limit of the water pollutants with the Xiaoqing River basin in 2017.The water quality data of the inlet and outlet of Jinan sewage treatment plant is analyzedin this paper.The removal rate of all the indexes except for TN is above 90%,and the removal rate of SS is the highest.The probability of water inlet BOD5/COD>20 of the first and second sewage treatment plants in Jinan exceeds 50%.The probability of water inlet BOD5/COD>0.3 of the four sewage treatment plants in Jinan is more than 60%,which indicates that the water inlet of the four sewage treatment plants in Jinan is good.However,the probability of water inlet BOD5/TN>3 is generally low.This indicates that there is insufficient denitrification carbon source in the four sewage treatment plants in Jinan.The water outlet COD,BOD5,SS,TN,TP,NH3-N of four sewage treatment plants in Jinan during the operation of2017.01-2018.09 by using the spss software are based on the first-order a standards.The standard of water discharge on the surface of the surface and the guarantee rate of the emission limit of the regional emission of water pollutants in the Xiaoqing River basin of Jinan have found that the output water of TP and NH3-N in 2018 decreased from 2017.The balance of nitrogen and phosphorus and the effect of the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus in the biological treatment stage of the sewage treatment plant were studied.The nitrogen and phosphorus transformation and the balance of nitrogen and phosphorus in the sewage treatment plant were studied.The removal effect of nitrogen and phosphorus of the biological treatment unit and the removal effect of cod were studied.The removal rate of nitrogen and phosphorus in the biological treatment plant was found to be 70.90%.The removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 98.50%,the removal rate of total phosphorus was 91.87%,and the removal rate of cod was80.85%.The DO concentration in the inlet water pump house was 3.25 mg/L and 3.58mg/L at the back of the anaerobic tank.At the same time,the oxygen-consuming microorganisms in the sewage oxidize the partial scod with oxygen as the electron acceptor,so that the concentration of the scod in the pretreatment section is reduced by 22 mg/L.The removal rate of nitrogen and phosphorus was 1.87%,the removal rate of ammonia nitrogen was 0.64%,and the removal rate of TP was 3.9%.In order to further improve the removal effect of TN.It is possible to consider the reconstruction of the fiber filter in the university as a denitrification filter,because the water source of a plant is not enough.So it is necessary to add a carbon source before the denitrification filter so as to improve the removal effect of TN.The effect of the chemical and phosphorus removal on the biological phosphorus removal was studied by the experimental simulation.The results showed that the effect of the anaerobic phosphorus release was poor in the whole anaerobic condition.After the aerobic aeration and continuous 4-hour aeration.The phosphate concentration in the mixed solution was reduced to 0.93 mg/L.The phosphate concentration decreased by 0.01 mg/L at the beginning of the anaerobic period.So the phosphorus release and the phosphorus absorption of the phosphorus-accumulating bacteria in the whole process were very weak,and the biological phosphorus removal function of the system was almost no one.The effect of temperature on the nitrification and denitrification was found.The nitrification reaction rate was 0.23kgNH3-N/kgVSS·d at 25?.The nitrification reaction rate was the minimum at 10?and the nitrification reaction rate was 0.08kgNH3-N/kgVSS·d.The operation energy consumption of the water plant is analyzed,and the specific gravity of the total production and operation cost in the production and operation is between 60.41%and 75.21%.And the second is that the medicament cost accounts for 7.69%and 12.62%of the total production operation cost.And using the mathematical model to simulate the operation of the aao process,the simulation of the 300000 m3/d AAO process system is established by using the GPS-X software,the reflux ratio of the system is set to be 100%.The reflux ratio of the nitrating liquid is set to be 200%,the nitrate nitrogen in the effluent of the secondary sedimentation tank is 10 mg/L,and the effluent ammonia nitrogen is about 1 mg/L.
