| In the process of petroleum processing,there are many substances in crude oil,fractions and petroleum products,causing corrosion of equipment,and which is an urgent problem to be solved in the petroleum refining industry today.In this paper,the static corrosion method is used to simulate the corrosion during the refining process caused by different factors,such as the types of petroleum acids,synergistic effects of different types of petroleum acids,moisture,sulfides,nitrides,etc.,Laser micro-Raman spectroscopy and Vacuum scanning electron microscopy were used to characterize the corrosion morphology;X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy,Inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer,and Fourier infrared spectroscopy were used to characterize the composition of the corrosion products;then combined with corrosion rate for analysis.The results show that the corrosion abilities of different types of petroleum acids are different,and the distribution of corrosion products is also different.From the perspective of corrosion rate:fatty acid<aromatic acid<naphthenic acid.Studies on the synergistic corrosive effects of three petroleum acids have shown that the interaction of aromatic acids and fatty acids leads to a greater degree of corrosion.The presence of trace water has different effects on different types of petroleum acids,mainly because of the change of corrosion reaction history;studies on high acid and low corrosion oils show that high concentration of sulfides inhibits petroleum acid corrosion. |
