| Development and construction of gentle hillside land is undertaken as an important way to coordinate urbanization and ecological protection.In this paper,Liangjiang new area in Chongqing was selected as the research area.It analyzed the characteristics of land use in Liangjiang New District,the evolution characteristics and motivation of land use pattern in the past 10 years,and defined the evaluation scope of low hill and gentle slope land in the study area from three aspects:elevation,slope and distribution of land use resources in Liangjiang New District.Then,with ecological protection as the basic goal,ten indicators were selected from three perspectives of natural endowment,social condition and ecological environment,and the ecological suitability model was applied to build a spatial pattern for single factor and ecological suitability grade of gentle hillside land in the study area.The comprehensive ecological suitability and the overall planning data of the land use in the study area are superimposed to analyze the construction division.Based on this,Longxing Town was selected as the typical area,and the land use layout of gentle hillside was constructed along the scope of forbidden zone and buildable zone to be built,the suitability of land use in buildable zone,and the spatial layout of various types of land.The results were shown as follows:(1)The construction land in Liangjiang New District was mainly concentrated at15°or below,and the exploitable area(excluding waters and construction land)was mainly distributed within 6°.The total area of land use change in the Liangjiang New Area in the past 10 years was 174.37km~2,of which the change area of construction land is the largest(153.78km~2),followed by the change area of cultivated land(135.45km~2),grassland(0.34km~2)and other land(0.34km~2)was not large.The change area was concentrated in the 250~350m zone and the eastern trough zone on both sides of the Jialing River.The plot with an area of≧0.02km~2 was mainly distributed on the edge and interior of the developed land,and the planned industrial park.The evaluation scope of low hill and gentle slope land in the study area was defined from the three aspects of elevation,slope and distribution of land resources,and its area was 504.21km~2.(2)The single-factor ecological suitability grade of development and construction for gentle hillside land differed greatly in the Liangjiang New Area.among which the natural suitability was mainly medium grade and the location condition ecological suitability grade and eco-environment ecological suitability grade were mainly middle-high grade.The comprehensive eco-suitability of the study area was medium grade.It was the higher comprehensive ecological suitability of Shichuan,Longxing and Fusheng,and it was lower the comprehensive ecological suitability of Gulu Town and Muer Town.Based on comprehensive ecological suitability grade and the land use planning data in Liangjiang new area by ARCGIS,the study area was divided into the following four construction area:The priority development zone covered an area of66.22km~2,which was concentrated in the vicinity of 1000 meters on both sides of the western river,the eastern trough area.Moderated development zone covered an area of145.75km~2,mainly in the rivers western zone of 250 to 350 meters and on both sides of the groove Valley Tongluoshan.The area of the limited development zone was200.02km~2,gathered in the central 400~450 m platform area.The area of the prohibited development zone was 92.22 km~2,with the"four mountains"area as a concentrated area.(3)The scope of the forbidden and constructable areas was determined from the perspective of resources and disaster safety.The restricted area of the typical area was11.95km~2,mainly concentrated in the Mingyue Mountain and Tonglu Mountain areas.The area of the buildable area was 40.23km~2,which was concentrated in the 200~250m area in the middle of the typical area and on both sides of the Yulin River.The appropriate level of moderately and highly suitable grades can be constructed in the built-up area,they were mainly distributed in the 2000m range on both sides of the river.The low-grade suitable grades were mainly distributed in the eastern and western regions where the typical area can be used for construction.Analysis of the suitability of industrial land and domestic land for low hill and gentle hillside in typical areas,the results of them and the appropriate grades of the constructable land ware weighted by1:1:1 to obtain the comprehensive configuration results of various regions.The suitable range of industrial area was concentrated in the southwestern part of the typical area,which was close to the high-speed entrance and exit and the railway hub in the southern part of the typical area.The living area was distributed along the banks of the river and concentrated in the central part of the typical area.Other area was widely distributed in the eastern part of the typical area.Three modes of economic,ecological,economic and ecological considerations ware set under the three scenarios of single consideration of economic development,single consideration of ecological protection and economic-ecological consideration.Comparative analysis,the economic-ecological balance was more in line with the development orientation of typical area and the ideological implementation of ecological civilization city construction.The spatial layout of various types of areas from the west to the east was roughly industrial area,residential area,protective area,and other area,with the area of 4.44km~2,6.78km~2,1.87km~2,and 13.15km~2. |
