The Evaluation On Agricultural Ecology Security Based On Farmers’ Land Utilization Behaviors

In recent years,the rapid development of society and economy has intensified the conflicts between population and resource and environment,especially the conflict between rapid increasing population and scarce cultivated land resource,which has caused cultivated land resource facing oversize pressure,agricultural ecology environment being damaged,pollution problem being aggravated,and finally has resulted in grain security and agricultural and sideline products being in face of serious threat.Consequently,it is very urgent and essential to get to know the agricultural ecology environment condition and its problems and take efficient countermeasures to protect agricultural ecology environment through evaluation on agricultural ecology security.Agricultural ecology environment is a complex multi-factor system,so there is a lack of very mature theory and method to evaluate the ecology environment.This paper combined actual survey situation of 384 farmer households in Qitai County,based on literature research and theory study,conducted mechanism analysis on the affection from farmers’ land utilization behaviors on agricultural ecology environment,established agricultural ecology security evaluation index system based on farmers’ land utilization behaviors,found each index’s weight through EWM(Entropy Weight Method),and constructed the PSR(press-state-response)model based on farmers land utilization behaviors to evaluate Qitai County’s agricultural ecology security degree through comprehensive evaluation method,and the results showed that:(1)Qitai County’s agricultural ecology security comprehensive index value is 0.745,and its ecology security degree is third class that means general safety condition,which means that Qitai County’s agricultural ecology environment was damaged to some extent,and although most ecology service function could work fluently,some index value was surpassed agricultural ecology environment threshold value.(2)Qitai County’s agricultural ecology environment was affected larger by ploughing depth,pesticide usage amount,soil nitrogen content,forest coverage rate,per unit area yield,chemical fertilizer usage amount,and so on,and the ploughing depth grade is 0.62,pesticide usage grade is 0.58,soil nitrogen content grade is 0.057,and forest coverage rate grade,per unit area yield grade,chemical fertilizer usage grade is 0.054,0.055 and 0.53 respectively,therefore it was observed that farmers’ land utilization behavior had great affection on agricultural ecology environment quality.
