Mining electric locomotive is one of the important means of transport in the coal mine production,mostly with lead-acid battery as energy storage power,low energy density,short service life of maintenance,cost is high,there are also problems such as high cost of pollution charging battery charge and discharge of the link is separation,needs from the motor vehicle came to special room for charging,the charging process is time-consuming,laborious greatly reduces the working efficiency.Charging power supply mostly adopts thyristor rectification phased power,it is large and charging strategy more than unreasonable problems restricting the development of electric locomotive.In order to solve the above problems,this thesis studies the on-board charging system of the mine supercapacitor electric locomotive.This thesis first analyzed the traditional mining electric locomotive charging system,improve the methods of traditional charging and charge strategy.Choose permanent magnet synchronous motor instead of dc motor,the supercapacitor instead of lead-acid battery as energy storage power,using the inverter and click in the drive system.The three-phase PWM rectifier circuit and Buck circuit are connected in series in the charging circuit.In order to realize on-board charging,an electromagnetic switch is added to the stator windings of a permanent magnet synchronous motor,under charging state,the electromagnetic switch is disconnected,and the three-phase stator windings are disconnected in two and become ordinary inductors.Three-phase PWM rectifier adopts the voltage and current double closed-loop and pre-feedback control strategy to realize the unit power factor,while the Buck circuit adopts the phased constant current and constant voltage control strategy to ensure the high efficiency,safety and stability during charging.This paper introduces and analyzes the charging control strategy of the supercapacitor in the on-board charging topology,and proposes a phased constant current and constant voltage charging control strategy,which solves the disadvantages of the traditional charging method,such as slow charging,high current and easy damage of the supercapacitor.The hardware structure and software system of the on-board charging control system are designed,and the simulation model is built on MATLAB/Simulink software,relevant experiments were carried out to verify the results.The simulation and experimental results show that the designed on-board charging system meets the requirements of normal operation,realizes the unit power factor,the rectification output dc voltage shows high quality and good stability,and the Buck circuit controls the charging of the supercapacitors,meeting the requirements of quick and safe charging.Figure [67] Table [3] References [59]...
