Study On Influencing Factors Of Public Participation In Soil Pollution Control

With the frequent occurrence of soil pollution incidents,the problem of soil pollution has become increasingly prominent.How to change the serious situation of soil pollution has become a hot spot.As an important method of environmental protection research,participatory method has been widely applied in various fields,providing a new approach to solve the severe and complex problem of soil pollution.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to introduce the concept of public participation into soil pollution prevention and control and further explore its internal laws.Based on literature analysis,this paper summarizes and analyzes the research on soil pollution prevention and control at home and abroad,analyzes and combs the current situation of public participation in environmental management,and finds out the influencing factors of public participation in environmental management.Taking this as a thought,through the study of public participation in soil pollution prevention and control,the important influencing factors of public participation in soil pollution prevention and control are summarized.On this basis,taking the restoration of urban pollution sites as the background,the public was surveyed and based on the questionnaire data,and the planned behavior theory and the A-B-C theory were followed,the theoretical model of factors affecting public participation in soil pollution prevention and control was established.The influence factors of public participation in soil pollution prevention and control were analyzed by mathematical statistics and general regression method.The results show that the factors affecting public participation in soil pollution prevention and control are different.Behavior control does not have a significant impact on public participation in soil pollution prevention and control,while environmental attitudes,subjective norms,cognition,and external conditions have a significant impact on public participation in soil pollution prevention and control.Among them,subjective norms have the most significant impact,and environmental protection is second.External factors and environmental attitudes have less impact.Finally,based on the actual investigation data and analysis based on public participation in the improvement of the soil pollution prevention and control measures,the author thinks that give full play to the role of the environmental protection social organization,strengthening the soil environmental protection publicity and education,to carry out the soil environmental information disclosure and improve the public participation in soil pollution control policies and regulations can effectively improve the enthusiasm of public participation in prevention and cure of soil pollution,ensure that in the process of implementation of more scientific and more efficient,in the promotion of soil pollution prevention and control work has important significance.
