| In this paper,Based on the orthogonal experiment,we designed a three-factor and three-level test Program.After a lot of pre-tests,we determined the mix ratio suitable for this test study.On this basis,ceramsite,basalt fiber,polypropylene fiber,vitrified microbead and fly ash were added to prepare a new type of self-insulating concrete-basalt-polypropylene fiber insulation concrete.The amount of ceramsite,the amount of basalt fiber and the amount of polypropylene fiber were determined as test factors.And set different levels of the three factors.Then,the nine orthogonal test groups and one blank control group with complete curing were analyzed for thermal conductivity values,and some test groups were selected for carbonization test analysis.Through comparison and analysis,the best mix ratio is obtained.And through the analysis of compressive strength value and the analysis of splitting tensile strength,it is determined that the concrete selected in this test meets the strength requirements.By analyzing the thermal conductivity values.Basalt-polypropylene fiber insulation concrete has a significant decrease in thermal conductivity value of plain concrete.The thermal conductivity of plain concrete is 0.4515 W/(m.k),while the lowest value in the orthogonal test group is 0.1642 W/(m.k).The thermal conductivity value is 63.63%lower than that of plain concrete.The test group has the best thermal insulation effect,and the dosage of each factor was ceramsite 15%,basalt fiber 3‰,polypropylene fiber 2‰.Obtained by the analysis of the variance analysis,the influence of three factors on the thermal conductivity of basalt-polypropylene fiber insulation concrete was:ceramsite content>basalt fiber content>polypropylene fiber content.By the analysis of compressive strength test:the compressive strength of basalt-polypropylene fiber insulation concrete had a downward trend compared with plain concrete,but all of them met the requirements of load-bearing concrete.By the analysis of splitting tensile strength testithe tensile strength values of each test group were significantly improved compared with plain concrete.After the analysis of the variance analysis,the influence of three factors on the compressive strength of concrete was:ceramsite content>polypropylene fiber content>basalt fiber content.Their effect on the concrete splitting tensile strength was:ceramsite content>basalt fiber content>polypropylene fiber eontent.Among them,the ceramsite plays a role in reducing the tensile strength of the concrete,and the fiber plays a reinforcing role on the tensile strength of the concrete.In this experiment,some orthogonal test groups were selected for rapid carbonization test.After research found,the carbonation depth values of the orthogonal test group blocks are lower than that of plain concrete at each age.It shows that the anti-carbonization ability of basalt-polypropylene fiber insulation concrete was stronger than that of ordinary plain concrete.The relationship between the carbonation depth value and the age of the experimental group was studied by Spss software.Found by software fittingrthe regression curves of each group are consistent with the empirical formula of Z=AtB.Figure 42 Table 18 References 66... |
