With the development of social economy and the growth of population in China,the shortage of water resources and the pollution of water environment are becoming more and more prominent.Water environmental pollution has affected the life and social and economic development of the residents around the Qinhe River Basin.In order to better understand the current situation of water quality in Qinhe River Basin and effectively prevent and control water pollution,the first step is to evaluate the water quality of Qinhe River Basin and determine the degree of water pollution through water quality evaluation.Secondly,through the analysis of influencing factors,the main source of water pollution is found,which provides a scientific basis for the protection and control of Qinhe River Basin.In this paper,the water quality data of Zhengzhuang,Runcheng,Shuan lvquan,Jueshan,Hanzhuang and Renzhuang Reservoir sections in Jincheng section of Qinhe River Basin from 2013 to 2017 are collected.Five evaluation indexes,dissolved oxygen,permanganate index,chemical oxygen demand,ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus,are determined based on the relevant literature of water quality evaluation.The water environment quality of Qinhe River Basin is evaluated by using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The main pollution sections and pollution indexes are determined.The main pollution sources are determined by the analysis of influencing factors.Finally,the specific prevention and control measures are put forward according to the existing problems of water environment in Jincheng section of Qinhe River Basin.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)With the help of MATLAB2016 a software,the membership function was constructed,and the water quality of Jincheng section of Qinhe River Basin from2013 to 2017 was evaluated by using the method of combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and entropy weight method.The results of water quality evaluation show that the water quality of Zhengzhuang,Shuanlvquan and Jueshan sections is good and clean,while the water quality of Runcheng,Hanzhuang and Renzhuangreservoirs sections is poor and polluted to varying degrees.From the combined weight coefficient,the main pollution indicators of Jincheng section of Qinhe River Basin are ammonia nitrogen and chemical oxygen demand.(2)Through the correlation analysis of influencing factors of water quality in Jincheng section of Qinhe River Basin,it can be concluded that:Population,domestic sewage discharge and industrial wastewater discharge are the main factors that lead to the pollution of Runcheng section.Domestic sewage discharge,industrial wastewater discharge and fertilizer application amount are the main influencing factors of cross-section pollution in Hanzhuang.Domestic sewage discharge and fertilizer application amount are the main factors that lead to the pollution of Renzhuang Reservoir section.(3)According to the results of water quality evaluation and analysis of influencing factors in Jincheng section of Qinhe River Basin,the existing problems in Jincheng section of Qinhe River Basin were found,and the relevant prevention and control measures were put forward from the aspects of industrial pollution prevention,domestic sewage treatment,agricultural non-point source control and improving residents' environmental protection awareness.
