In the past decade,photoredox reactions induced by the visible light have extensive attraction from chemists due to their cleanliness,simplicity,mild reaction conditions and wide application range,and have been widely used in organic synthesis as a new green catalytic model.Nitrogen-containing compounds are widely found in natural products,drug molecules and organic catalysts.It is of great research significance and practical value to develop efficient synthesis strategies to construct nitrogen-containing compounds and apply these strategies to the synthesis and modification of complex molecules.This dissertation introduces the main progress in the field of photo-oxidation reduction,and carries out related research on the oxidation of amine compounds and the functionalization of olefins with urea compounds as the center.The specific research is as follows:Inspired by guiding groups in the chemical reaction,we introduce the urea functional group onto the amine compound and apply it to the amine oxidation reactions catalyzed by photoredox to obtain a series of ketones,amino ketones and benzoylurea compounds at high yield.And a series of insecticides and drug molecules are synthesized by the derivatization reaction.At the same time,the reaction can be magnified to a gram-scale.We put forward the possible reaction mechanism through control experiments,free radical quenching experiments,fluorescence quenching experiments and so on.Using urea compounds with olefin fragments as reaction substrates and applying the visible light-induced photooxidation reduction strategy,we develop two different molecular cyclic addition reactions and construct two kinds of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic molecules,which are tetrahydropyrroles and oxazines.Through the control of the reaction conditions,we find these two products are controlled by kinetics and thermodynamics respectively,and obtain the optimum conditions for synthesizing these two kinds of compounds.This reaction has a satisfactory yield and time.With this strategy,we carry out the cyclic expansion reaction on steroid.Finally,through the control experiment and the literature report,we put forward the possible reaction mechanism.
