| In the long history of China’s economic development,those coal resource-based cities have made historic contributions to the development of the national economy.With the consumption of resources and changes in the supply and demand of market products,the development path of coal resources has become narrower and narrower.The coal industry has been transformed and the vertical development of coal industry-coal chemical industry has emerged as the times require.In this critical autumn,how to make good use of the limited funds to develop the coal chemical industry,how to choose the scheme scientifically and reasonably in the decision-making stage of the coal chemical industry,which is conducive to the investment control in the later stage,how to avoid the situation that once the scheme is wrong,how to control the investment in the later stage can not reach the control goal,this is the first problem faced by the development of the coal chemical industry.Taking Pingdingshan Coal Chemical Industry Project as an example,aiming at the problems of "blindly following the wind" and "patting the head" in the decision-making of large-scale construction projects in the past,this paper puts forward a set of effective methods for choosing schemes in the decision-making stage,so as to facilitate investment control in the subsequent stage.The factors affecting investment control are obtained by expert questionnaire survey method,and the factors affecting investment control are analyzed by causal analysis method.These factors are quantitatively scored by expert evaluation method,so as to select more reasonable and feasible decision-making schemes and achieve the purpose of scientific and rational decision-making and effective investment control.At the same time,the combination of causal analysis and expert evaluation method in decision-making stage can also be applied to other project options.This paper deals with coal chemical engineering projects,such as construction projects,coal projects,power projects,water conservancy projects,etc.In the decision-making stage,it can also be used as a conducive method for investment control. |
