| With the oil and natural gas resources entering the late stage of development,the 4.75-inch small wellbore rotary steer drilling technology has become a new research direction for oil and gas drilling tools.Traditional drilling tools have low accuracy in vertical drilling and horizontal drilling.Therefore,the research of the 4.75-inch small wellbore rotary steering inclination system is designed to achieve a slanting of vertical drilling.The requirements can meet the requirements of the inclination measurement accuracy of the inclined and horizontal drilling,that is,it can meet the accurate measurement of the wellbore attitude parameters in the whole well.Based on the rotary steerable drilling tool,this paper takes the 4.75-inch small borehole inclination measurement system as the research object,and completes the construction of the 4.75-inch small wellbore rotation steerable attitude measurement system and the improvement of the attitude algorithm.A set of high-precision small borehole attitude measurement and adjustment system was designed,including the lower machine inclination measuring module and the upper computer software processing system design,which realized the data acquisition,processing and curve display,and passed the small well oblique attitude optimization algorithm.The accuracy of the small well inclination measurement has been improved.The tilting system studied in this paper meets the requirements of the 4.75-inch small wellbore rotary steerable inclination system in terms of size,accuracy and high temperature environment adaptability. |
